I highly recommend it

Very comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things. We spent there 5 days in November with 1-year old baby and it was a little bit cold inside for us, but we contacted the owner and he turn on the heating asap. The owner was really helpfull, we were in contact and he gave us a lot of useful information. The location is great - it's close to the Colosseum, the metro station is also very close.

Bardzo udany pobyt

Położenie: nie trzeba korzystać z żadnych środków lokomocji. Wszędzie można dojść. Od Koloseum- 30 minut po Watykan- 75 minut. Do dworca Termini 10 minut. Wyposażenie: wszystko co potrzebne. Zaangażowanie Fabio: ponad normę, dbałość o szczegóły i bezpieczeństwo oraz bezcenne porady.

First of all, a very kind host, he was always available and made it easy for us to find everything, from transportation to restaurant recommendations and directions on how to get to certain sights. The apartment is also very clean in a great location and we felt like at home. Compared to the hotels at similar location this was perfect value for money. Thanks again Fabio and see you another time.

I hope next time we will have better weather 😃

An ideal place, if you are not in a hurry, you can walk everywhere.

Great accomodation! Expectations exceeded!

Everything was awesome! Super accomodation, very comfy, nicely equipped and totally fit for a family. It is close to many attractions. The host is also very helpful and nice. I wholeheartedly would recommend this apartment and come back with the next ocassion.

Extremely good value for money. Four thumbs up

Location was superb. Near to many excellent food places and easy access to public transport. Host was amazing and helpful in providing suggestions and advice in going around town. The place was super clean and spacious (very tastefully decorated too). WiFi was quick. Kitchen well stocked. Bedroom comfy and cozy. Brilliant stay overall. Not to be missed if you are visiting Rome.

Convenient accommodation in an authentic neighborhood

A long weekend with one of my sons who is studying history.

Great location and very friendly welcoming and contact with the host Fabio. You can see that they made an effort to pick the interior. The appartement is very big and very clean. I definitely recommend this appartement! 😃

Apartment was very spacious, nice, cozy and clean, has 2 beautiful modern bathrooms, a/c units, heating, fully equiped kitchen, everything you need. Location also good, close to metro etc. Fabio is a great man, very very helpful. Do not look any other place to stay, book this one and you will be very satisfied :)

Big flat, but sometimes we felt too cold due to lack of heating.

Distance to city center/restaurants/public transport was ok, flat is big, nice bathrooms.

During holidays it would be lovely not to deal with any basic stuff, such as heating. In this case, we felt slightly cold at the evenings/mornings after showering as the heating was being turned on-off on certain schedule which is not controlled by the guest. There are AC units installed, however no controllers are present.

Five-stars all the way!

Casa Fabio offers pristine cleanliness, perfect amenities, and spaciousness for total relaxation. Fabio was an excellent communicator throughout the trip and my parents and I lacked for nothing during our short stay. We all commented on how sparkling clean the property was and how well-appointed the unit is with toiletries, linens, and a plethora of kitchen necessities. The washing machine is also a huge plus. Both the bathrooms and bedrooms are sizeable and the mattresses offer comfortable sleep. Though it is located on the ground level, the apartment itself is very quiet and we had no issues with any exterior noise. Its location is quite convenient to Termini and an easy walk to many other points of interest, shopping, restaurants and grocery. I wish we had longer to stay and enjoy this wonderful property -- I have no doubt that it would be an ideal home base for a long-term stay in Roma. 10/10 recommend! Grazie a Fabio e suo padre per una visita perfetta!

Fantastic place in Rome

Cozy, very clean and with home feeling perfectly equipped apartment just 20 mins walking from all famous Rome's places. In 2 mins there is a very good cafe with good coffee and breakfast, apartment owner gave ALL really ALL needed info to spend a pleasant time in Rome. The best part of the day was to return absolutely tired to "home"? Definitely not our last stay !!! Thank you!

Very comfortable beds and a great location

Fantanstic location! Fabio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Best of all the beds were so comfortable, almost skipped touring to sleep!
