Nous conseillons ce lieu de vacances nous sommes restés peu de jour mais reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup

Bel emplacement, maison grande et fonctionnel. Gentillesse des personnes de la réception avec l’accès au wifi via un modem, gentillesse par les explications fournies sur les choses à découvrir de ce côté de l ile et présents dès que nécessaire (exemple problème avec coupure électrique => intervention immédiate). Merci nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement

L’emplacement pour visiter le nord de la Sardaigne, le calme de cette station balnéaire, l’originalité de la construction de la maison, la plage à deux pas, tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine en terme de vaisselles, ustensiles, produits de base

Schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft mit immer sehr freundlichen, und hilfsbereiten Personal. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich, bei allen ,für Ihre sehr guten Tipps bedanken. Die Unterkunft ist Zentral zwischen Alghero und Santa Teresa gelegen, somit ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeder Art. Das Essen im Agriturismo ist etwas dass man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte.

Il nostro primo viaggio in Sardegna, Italia

We liked everything! The white house is surrounded by leanders and olive trees, and also we have a garden, all maintained with good care. The apartment is spotless clean, with all the necessary utilities. The view from our terrace was take breathing, and also the view from the roof top. At supermarket we found delicious local products, including traditional ones, fruits and vegetables. The bus station is 1 min walking distance, but having a car is necessary. You can rent it from Villadoris, or from aiport. Our host are wonderful, helped with everything we need! Grazie mille seniora Franca, Alessandra and Federica! Grazie mille Wolfgang, Paolo:)!

Not enough time to explore more of this wonderful island.

Wunderbare, familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Sehr familienfreundliche Unterkunft. Äusserst netter Empfang durch die herzliche Familie. Viele Auskünfte zur Region und Aktivitäten erhalten. Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Häuschen mit Garten, gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gute Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar, Ladestation für Elektroauto bei der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück, wenn man möchte. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, Strände, Wanderungen, Castelsardo…

Häuschen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas dunkel, was aber in den Sommermonaten ein Vorteil ist (kühl). Hund des benachbarten (fest bewohntes) Haus hat ständig gebellt. Ansonsten war alles top. Wir hoffen wieder zu kommen.

perfecte locatie voor een fijne gezinsvakantie met hond vlakbij de zee . Ruime slaapkamers en goede douchefaciliteiten . Na vraag van ons werden er direct ligbedden voor buiten geleverd .

weinig glazen en kopjes voor een woning voor 8 personen . Geen gemakkelijke stoelen / bank in de living

Just perfect

Wow... Simply one of the best holiday house we've ever had. Upon arrival we we're welcomed by Alessandra who explained everything very well detailed. We were given a tour of the house where she told the story of her father. How he designed and created the houses. A bit emotional and there you see the passion. In the beginning we had a little issue with the drainage of the shower. A call to them and they came immediatly to fix it. This is a perfect house if you want to have a relaxed holiday. The house was very clean. It had airconditioning in every room. The garden had a barbecue and the roofterras had a nice view of a beatifull sunset. The town is very accessible and the locals very friendly. Make sure you ask for advise. Alessandra and Cinzia will gladly help you. They'll give you advise on where to eat and what to visit. Thank you for the very nice holiday we had in one of your houses.

Lovely staff

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The roof terrace was great too. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Short walk to the beach, supermarket and ice-cream shop. Would recommend.

Good stay

The very and kind host and helpful. The house has a garden and on 2nd(roof) floor terrace accessible via external steps. The city beach is close only 10 minutes on foot. The house has 2 air conditioning in the kitchen/living room and in bedroom.

The reception where you pick up the keys is about 850m from house. The child playground which is on the pictures on booking.com is next to the reception too far from house. The rubish which you separate in house, you have to bring at end of your stay to dedicated area next to the reception , You cannot let the rubish near the house.

Located in a silent village, very close to the beach. Friendly hosts. It's a traditional house with two little terraces, grill and comfortable rooms. Easy free parking. Clean. Nice for a family holiday.

Accommodation spacious, lots of storage, clean, plenty of outdoor space, balcony and terrace, great sea and mountain views, quiet inside property. Kitchen and bathroom facilities good.

Could have benefitted with electric kettle and toaster. Wasn't keen hearing tennis court in use in evening.

I highly recommend. Really perfect for families

The host was really helpfull and kind. We felt like at home. The accomodation was really gorgeous and spacious with seaview terrace. The kitchen was wery well eqquiped. The appartment is walking distance to the sea, restaurant and supermarket. I highly recommend.

Siza of the villa and layout.

No welcome book available. This would be useful for using the TV and which nationality the channels are, where the nearest supermarket it and where to place the bins for collection. Bed linen was missing for one of the rooms and no tea towel for the Kitchen. Also matches were need to use the stove and none were available, as non smokers this meant being unable to cook or have a hot drink the first night.

House is really nice and spacious, close to the beach. Nice for 2-days rest during our holliday in Sardinia.

Google maps doesnt give right spot for the reception, so we had quite a challenge to get our keys and find the house, because they are closed on sunday. It would be much easier to send some info through booking or on mail. Also we didnt like the beach close by so much, but it was ok for one day.

The staff was very nice and the land lady was incredible. She will blow you away with her stories and inner energy - if you get a chance certainly do not miss the opportunity to talk to her

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was a spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen; we were charmed by the spacious terrace, where we spent most of our time. The apartment also had a terrace on the roof with a view of the sea and the surrounding area. There was a well-equipped shop, cafe, restaurant and gelateria nearby. Beach approx. 400m, clean, wide, and bars also offered beach service. They were very pleasant and helpful at the reception. Just a perfect place for a vacation.

Lovely Location & Living Area

The rooftop terrace with sea and mountain view was wonderful. The style, shape of apartment was so different and unique. This apartment had an adjoining door so for a larger family or two is ideal. The outside area on ground floor was pleasantly protected from sun with lovely shrubs. All facilities, fridge, oven etc all in great working order. Sufficient space for living. BBQ oven available for use. Air conditioning in working order and not overly loud. Very short walk to the local beach and so many beaches to discover along the 15k coastline. A vehicle is necessary to enjoy this area to its fullest.

Some parts of the equipment would need some attention, especially in the bathroom - shower curtain is too narrow and shower rug is missing, so you need to mop the floor each time; toilet seat would need to be changed.
