This spectacular property is one of the premier rental homes in Steamboat Springs! This is a stunning private home with upscale finishes and furnishings throughout. The home features a large upper living room with picture windows framing amazing panoramic views, 25 foot vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, massive log beams, an oversized fireplace, and HDTV with built in surround sound stereo system. Also part of this very large upper level great room is the main dining table, which seats 12, the BBQ deck, and the gourmet kitchen. The Kitchen is ideal for large groups and entertaining. It has 2 sinks, a very large island with bar seating for 4, double ovens, an ice maker, a big custom fridge, and of course, a professional gas range. Downstairs is another great feature - the Game Room. French doors allow this very large room to be made private, so the game room doubles as a 5th bedroom. The home owners have 2 Twin beds with rollaway bed frames which can be set out or stored away depending upon your group size and needs. This game room has a full size pool table, a full wet bar including a wine fridge and mini fridge, a home theater system with surround sound. The home also has a nice newer private Hot Tub, right on the newly expanded multi level back deck, surrounded by evergreen and aspen forest. The views from this home are just incredible. Resting on the west slope of Mount Werner and the Park Range, you will be able to take in views of the whole Yampa Valley, from the Sarvis Creek Wilderness and Stagecoach State Park in the south, across the Flat Tops Wilderness to the southwest, enjoy sunsets across Emerald Mountain to the west, then downtown Steamboat Springs Howelsen Hill Ski Area, and Sleeping Giant to the Northwest. The home is set up perfectly for 4 couples, since all 4 primary bedrooms have a King bed and a dedicated bathroom. One of the 4 bedrooms also has a 2 Twin bunk bed ideal for singles or kids, and as previously mentioned, there are also 2 Twin rollaway beds available for larger groups. With high end mattresses, the finest linens available, upscale finishes throughout, and just the right touch of western decor, this home all by itself is certain to make your visit one that you'll remember for a lifetime. For experts, it is sometimes possible to ski right to the back door of this home. For advanced skiers, it is sometimes possible to ski to within about 150 yards of the front door. Please note that this home is maintained as pet free, animal free for owner and guests with allergies. No pets or service animals allowed. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. ** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Management was easy to communicate with and check in/check out were easy. We recommend and hope to return!

You won't regret your stay here! Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful views! Comfortable beds and large luxurious bathrooms. The home's floor plan allows for privacy with multiple families staying there. Gas grill, hot tub, and kids game room were awesome extras!

This property is a gem for a family visit. The views are perfect and property is well built and designed throughout. The guest services are great for any questions and quickly responsive. This is a property that makes a visit to steamboat an unforgetable experience. Our family plans to book again for our next visit.

The house was perfect for our family! The views were as advertised if not better. If I were going to ask for anything different I would have liked the game room "Supplies" to be updated. Beyond that minor thing the house was perfect and we will definitely rebook in the future.

Great house for an extended family trip. Lots of space and plenty of bathrooms. Nice large kitchen. Pros: big place with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Views are amazing. Close to town. Hot tub was hot and lovely. Master bed was comfortable. Cons: master bathroom was lacking. The water in the shower and tub took FOREVER to get warm. A weird banging noise happened while showering or using the tub. The tub was very slow to fill. (Like 20 minutes) It was frustrating not having a garage code to enter, instead you had to go into the house and go downstairs to open/close the garage. It’s always frustrating having to “clean” the house before leaving, ie strip the beds, run the dishes, put away all dishes, clean pots and pans and put away, take all trash to street, completely clean the fridge etc. what is the cleaning charge for??? We would not have been able to pull our car into the driveway without the help of the neighbors. The driveway was VERY icy. You definitely need 4wd. Close to town. Well equipped kitchen. Frustrated that we asked beforehand if they had a portacrib, were told no, so we schlepped one out and found one there. Close to everything.

We loved the location and the bear visits. Everything was clean and in good shape. Having so many bathrooms and lots of space made for a perfect family reunion. I'd return in a heartbeat.

House was great. Perfect layout. Primary bath hot water took a super long time to get hot. Like 7-10 min. Of running the water which as a human who cares about climate and environmental issues made me crazy guilty. Maybe just get it adjusted. And not having a garage code or opener was manageable but a hassle with babies etc. But we loved it!
