Want to be just steps from the action of the Steamboat base area, but still nestled in nature with surrounding privacy? Welcome to Evergreen Lane, a four-bedroom, three bathroom, on-mountain townhome that provides tons of privacy while having one of the best locations at the Resort base area.

Bring a small or large group to this townhome that sleeps up to 12 people in beds throughout four bedrooms, spread out amongst the three levels. Come together in the open living room and fully stocked kitchen when you're ready for a meal together or just some quality family time. Head out on the main level deck to check out the conditions of Steamboat Resort (Gondola views!!) or sip your coffee and watch the walkers come by on the private trail. Get outside to check out the complex pool and spend an afternoon relaxing your muscles in the hot tub after a long day on the trails.

Ready to rest easy? The kids will love the lower level bunk room, while adults can spread out in the two main level Queen bedrooms. Sleep in style in the oversized King Primary on the upper level and enjoy the huge ensuite bath with separate tub & shower and private deck. All the bedrooms include our luxury linen package ensuring a cozy, restful sleep in the Colorado mountains.

And best of all, the location! Walk less than 50 steps to the Wild Plum, a small, high-end grocery, liquor store & deli, plus right across the street are ski rental shops, dining options, bars and more. Easily stroll the 5 minute walk to the Steamboat Resort base area to watch skiers come down, grab food & drinks, or catch one of the free shows in the springtime. This home is perfect if you want to ski down for a quick lunch and then head back for a fun afternoon of skiing. Was a very nice stay for our 2 families. Beautiful and well appointed. Kitchen had most cookware one might need. An awesome Weber Genesis on the patio that sadly I never got the chance to fire up. Responsive rental agency as well. Hope to return soon.

Had a blast staying here with 3 families with kids ages 6-10. Love the trails and streams nearly, and that it's a quick walk to the market and mountain base for restaurants and the creek. On the first floor there is a kids room with 3 bunkbeds. One of the top bunk didn't have a barrier, so we weren't comfortable with a kid sleeping on that bed, but we made it work. There are 2 queen BRs on the second level with the kitchen and living area, and the master on the third level. Master is HUGE and gorgeous with a fireplace and deck. Only issue is that there is a large window without covering, so be prepared to wake with the sun. All beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and we used it for every meal. Just needs a new cheese grater. :) We loved and SO appreciated the amount of blankets they had available. We even looked up the living room blankets to buy some for ourselves. :) The neighborhood pool is tiny, but the kids still loved it and had fun. Very minor thing, but it needs a vacuum and new broom. The vacuum didn't pick up the popcorn crumbs from movie night and we felt bad leaving it in that condition when we checked out. Communication was A+ throughout the entire process. We will absolutory stay here again!

other than slow internet, was a great experience. Great location, 1 min walk to Wild Plum for last minute groceries and great pizzas. 3 min walk to Apres Burgers for great breakfast and dinners & cocktails. 6 min walk to base of gondola. The bunk room was fun for our group of 5 teen boys. Loved the fireplace in LR and master BR.

The property is exactly as the pictures and description detail. The location is quiet and ideally located, especially during the winter. A lot of the nearby shops and restaurants were not open during our stay as they were understandably closed for the season. The communication and check-in/out process were very straightforward and easy. We would stay there again, especially during ski season!

The house is a short walk to the base. Skiers can rent a locker for 6 dollars a day at the Sheraton which eliminates the need to walk in ski boots. They also let you store skis overnight, allowing you to walk back and forth to the house easily. The bus downtown is also near the base, which is convenient. The lodging co. was responsive and very easy to work with. We loved being able to text with them directly during they stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Family and friends spring break trip. Plenty of room and the bunk room was a huge plus for our high school and college age boys (FYI, no bathroom on the lower level where the bunk room is but no big deal for the boys). Master suite on the third level is very large. Full size washer and dryer were nice for the week long stay and the kitchen was well stocked and included some of the basics (spices, etc.). Easy walk to the base area. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed our week in Steamboat!

Evergreen Lane is an amazing property with a view of the mountains, plenty of space for our group of ten, and a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to the base of the hill! We had an amazing time and the property management team with so helpful and responsive regarding check in and check out. We had no issues at all during our stay, except we wanted to stay!

We couldn't have been any better situated for skiing, comfort and perfect amenities than with this condo. We had two adult parents, and tow adult children each with their significant others for a full week. We had just the right space to spend out if needed, or have comforting nights around the table or fireplace as family. The walk to the slopes or to town was so easy. And everything we sent in advance was delivered. The Aveda products and the fully stocked kitchen - with coffee for that first morning - were the best! This was just an ideal vacation and location - we want to got back again and again!

Our stay in Steamboat was excellent, with lots of credit owed to Peggy and the rest of the team. Peggy provided guidance on ski rentals, shuttle service, baby supply rentals, grocery pick up, .....you name it! Our arrival into town was earlier than check-in, and the team even met us at a restaurant to pick up our luggage and store for us until check-in. The text service once in town worked great, with excellent response from the team. A really great experience, really made our stay comfortable, organized, and well planned. Thank you!!!

Excellent location and great place to stay! Our family enjoyed the short walk to the base of the mountain. Plenty to do within walking distance. Everyone slept comfortably and the condo was really well kept! Would definitely recommend!
