Place de parking, sur le site on nous dit pas de réservations, mais en réalité on peut réserver donc ayant suivi ce message , je n’avais pas de place ou sur un parking payant à côté où il a fallu enlever la voiture avant minuit car parking réservé pour match de foot …

Personnel attentif et réactif. Petit déjeuner varié et complet. Literie confortable. Petit centre commercial à proximité avec un supermarché. Idéal pour un match ou un concert au Vélodrome, vous êtes à coté !

Le centre commercial situé à proximité possède un bar avec rooftop qui organise des soirées privées et malgré le double vitrage, c'est TRES bruyant !

Très déçu du service.

L'emplacement

Je suis resté une seconde nuit. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage de chambre car selon le personnel, "on ne peut pas nettoyer 125 chambres tous les jours". Il faut mettre selon eux, un pour que la femme de ménage pas mais personne ne l'annonce au départ. Il y a une connecteur Chromecast mais qui ne fonctionne pas car il n'y a pas de Chromecast sur les TV. Toujours selon le personnel c'est une option, mais ça ne marchera pas. Donc c'est pas une option... La réponse est lunaire. Le restaurant est très bon mais j'ai dû attendre 35 minutes pour que ma commande soit prise. Un client est parti faire un scandale car le serveur, qui était très sympathique au passage, était bien trop lent. Il ne savait pas faire plusieurs choses en même temps. Je ne reviendrai pas c'est vraiment pas au niveau d'un Marriot.

Totalement déçu par cette histoire de paiement au moment du départ

Hôtel bien placé , Propre et accueillant .

Gros Problème le jour du départ à 6 h du matin : Impossible de payer en CB car le terminal de paiement serait en Télétransmission . Seul 300 Euro en CB est accepté , le reste : Plus de 500 Euro doit être payé en espèce . Etonnement j apprends quelque jours plus tard que seuls environ 400 Euros en espèces ont été remis ds la caisse ... Bref ... une situation très particulière car je ne peux obtenir un justificatif exacte de mon paiement ... 150 Euro ont disparu!

Parfait pour notre séjour

- L'accueil, rien à dire. Possibilité de laisser nos sacs car nous sommes arrivés une heure avant l'heure prévue. - La propreté (seul les joints de la douche seraient à revoir) - Les thés de la marque Joyeux sont excellents - Vue sur le vélodrome même la fenêtre ouverte il y a peu de bruit en journée - Métro à 5 minutes à pieds

- Point négatif le plus gênant : aucune étagère pour poser ses vêtements (uniquement une penderie) - Joints de la douche qui auraient besoin d'être rénovés - La piscine parait assez grande sur les photos de l'hôtel, en réalité elle est très petite et les abords aussi

Les salles de bains. Nous avons du changer de chambre par rapport à de la moisissure dans la douche de la première chambre mais même chose dans la deuxième..

Hope to come back

Very nice stuff, for a concert at orange velodrome no better choice possible. Beds are extremely comfortable, even a short jump in the pool is possible. 20minutes walk to the see, for a weekend a perfect location. We ll definitely come back if there s a concert again. orange velodrome is just to recommend,so is the hotel. Thanks for that great stay!

Pleasant hotel next the mighty Vélodrome

good location near congress center and stadium, 15 mins from city center. the staff is very pleasant. good breakfast. overall, good value for money. extra plus: I had a quiet room at the end of the hall and the floors are carpeted so you almost do not hear other guests at all.

the toilettes in the rooms have only a glass door which does not close totally, they are not see-through but also not enough privacy.

Great for Business

Reception people were super nice and helpful. We left the hotel before breakfast time, and they kindly prepared a bag with mini croissant and coffee for us. We were visiting Marseille for a conference and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 min walking distance from the conference center.

Don't trust them to order taxis

The food is delicious and with beautiful presentations

After check out I asked for a taxi, the one they called said it would take 15 min, so I explained that I need to take the train in half an hour, they said it would be enough, but the taxi arrived after 25 min and I lost my train. The hotel should re-evaluate which "professionals" they indicate. It has tainted an experience that had been great so far.
