This condo is located in 'THE CLUB at Mexico Beach', one of the most desired condo communities in Mexico Beach! It is a 3BR/2BA ocean “front” view unit (not a side unit) with 1552 square feet plus balcony and was completely remodeled after Hurricane Michael in 2018. Living areas of this unit have beautiful luxury vinyl flooring, granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed & large flat screen TV. The master bath has a separate shower and large garden tub. There is a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom w/an adjoining bathroom. The 3rd bedroom contains 2 twin beds. Additionally, there is a sectional sofa plus a queen air mattress. There is cable TV (tvs are in Living Room, Mstr Bedroom & Queen Bedroom), Free WiFi, and covered parking. The kitchen is fully stocked w/dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker (pot of coffee), and much more. Allow only 90 seconds to walk from the living room of the condo to the white sandy beaches! The condo front door overlooks center of pool. There are restaurants/food trucks within walking distance including Killer Seafood which is less than a 5-minute walk down the sidewalk when you need a sun or sand break. Also, book a deep sea fishing trip for some of the best fishing in the gulf! You will love this quiet beach town for your family!

A small group of teachers and admin traveled to Mexico Beach for a last little "squeeze what can out of summer" trip. The condo was A+++, everything as described and more. Communication with the host was always friendly and prompt, even when four 50 year olds couldn't work the remote the host gave us the cell number of Shawn the maintenance man. He too was super friendly and helpful. With hurricane Debby approaching he even assured us we would be fine and no need to leave the night before. We cannot wait to come back to Mexico Beach and this condo at The Club at Mexico Beach...definitely a new found paradise! Thank you Roxanne and Shawn.

Enjoyed our stay at "Our Happy Place". It was as described. Parking was easy, check in was easy and beach access was perfect. The beds were extra comfortable, I would love to have the king bed mattress at my own home. The cleaning crew could work a little harder on cleaning the floors prior to guest arrival, but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. This is a 5 star rental all the way!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Property was exactly as described. We had a couple small issues and the owner was quick to respond...one was able to be resolved immediately and the other was a cleaning issue that would be taken care of after we left. Close to the beach and the pool...great location!

This place is amazing. Very spacious, comfortable and just steps from the beach. Roxanne was very nice and helpful. It is just walking (biking) distance from everything in Mexico Beach. We rented the trike bikes and I didn't have to get in my car at all. Will be back hopefully very soon.

One grandmother, three grandchildren ages 2-16, one set of parents for some sun and sand time together. This condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed looking at the ocean while we ate on the balcony. There was plenty of comfy seating for all of us at night. The dining table gave us a place to play games and work puzzles. The pool was plenty big for all the guests who wanted to swim. The location was ideal and the kitchen was well equipped.

The host was very responsive and allowed us to both check in a little early and check out late due to schedules/flights. Location was right across from a beautiful beach! Even on a busy holiday weekend, we were able to get a spot on the beach. Only thing that would have made our stay better was beach and baby items.

This is our second year in a row staying in this condo, and we have been so pleased both times. We will definitely be back! Originally worried about being across the road from the beach, but the access is literally "right there" and is quick and easy. Still have a wonderful view from the balcony of the ocean. Love it.

Nice place with plenty of room for 5. Description is very accurate. Very easy process to do. Owner very accommodating and responsive as we showed up early cause we forgot time zone change. The place was exactly what I was looking for a family vacation. Was a quite not busy place to walk the beach and do your own thing. Beds very comfortable and everything you need is there. Bring food, detergent, trash bags, and extra toilet paper is all you need. Only regrets was packing too much cause you can just wash what you have instead of planning for every scenario. This was a first time for us to stay at someone else place and was top notch experience for first timers.

My family and I had a terrific time at this location. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunrise and sunset views from the patio! Host was very quick to respond with our one and only outreach to her. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Just steps away from having toes in the sand. The check in and out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Definitely will rent again!

Overall Excellent! We were very pleased with the view and the condo. The owner Roxanne was excellent in communication. Check in and check out were easy as no third party. The door has a combination lock (which we found a little tricky, but usually got the door to open on the second try). Remember check in and check out are Eastern time and the code on the door seemed to reset about 15 minutes after check out time. No umbrellas or beach chairs were included, and as another reviewer mentioned, would be very helpful.

This property is clean and quiet, beautiful view, very quiet beach with no crowds, no big chains, love the small town vibe, had a very relaxing week. Only downside was the balcony was small but if that's the only thing I can think of I would change I'd say it was perfect! Beds are comfortable as well. Couch, other furniture, decorations, etc were beautiful. We will return. Thank you.

Our group loved this condo! We loved the decor, the view and the location! The food truck “Killer Seafood” was 2 doors down. It was so good we made 2 trips there. Our one rainy day was spent going into Panama City, going to see the movie “Where the Crawdads Sing” and eating at Boondocks. The beach was just across the street and the pool right out our back door. We made so many memories and laughed for 5 days straight. Highly recommend!!!!

Such a beautiful property. Very relaxing and beautifully decorated. The layout worked perfectly for our family. I spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and the view was even better than the description. I was worried about the noise factor with the pool right outside the door but it ended up not being an issue at all. The layout added to the privacy as well as the reduction of any outside noise. We loved our stay and hope to return for a future vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The location is great with the beach being across the street. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We did contact the owner for an issue and but it was immediately addressed and taken care of. Overall, we would definitely book this rental again!

This condo was perfect! It was actually way roomier than expected! The beds were fantastic! The couch is enormous and perfect for our whole family to cuddle up on. The location was perfect, nice easy walk across the road to the beach. Easy parking. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. All around perfection!

We came here for a low-key Spring Break - pure relaxation. Mexico Beach was the perfect spot for the teens to hit the beach (so so clean and not crazy packed) and for me to get in a few hours of work each morning (great wifi). The condo was ready for us when we walked in and was as beautiful as pictured. We had plenty of room to spread out! The best part of this location was the view - we woke up each morning to a stunning view of the beach. Dolphins playing and jet training maneuvers were highlights (near Tyler AFB) while having breakfast on the balcony! My only tip for travelers is to bring beach games and chairs/umbrella/shade - we didn't find a rental place available. We'd love to visit Mexico Beach again!

THE PROPERTY WAS AS IT HAD BEEN FEATURED, CLEAN EARLY CHECK IN. VERY EASY DEPARTURE. NO BIGGY, WILL NOT AFFECT RENTING AGAIN, BUT THE ROOM NEEDED MORE TOWELS. THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WERE GREAT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO PREPARE MEALS. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US ENJOY.
