Large comfortable property with all amenities required, perfectly located for Gunwarf or The Hard.

The property was very well resourced with everything you would need. It was a great size and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the usual amenities.

I couldn't work out how to turn the television off. This could very much have been operator error so apologies for leaving it on.

Perfection

Absolutely everything it was the best apartment my friend and I have ever stayed in , great location too. The friendliness of the hosts was so great , just perfect , great beds , amazing kitchen , the bathroom was wonderful underfloor heating , amazing shower I could go on ….

A great location and a very clean, well equipped property.

The location was perfect for shopping and working, veryclose to the RN gates and Gunwharf shopping precinct.

A very small point and probably obvious to everyone but me , was the key code had to be on the line not above or below the line!

The host, was super helpful, and answered questions right away. Whole apartment was just wonderful and had everything needed for a great and comfortable stay.

Perfect for our needs!

Clean & comfortable. The owner had left a few basic food provisions which were greatly appreciated.

A little bit high tech… took a while to work out how to use the TV! 😆

Excellent apartment

We had an excellent stay at No14, we arrived a little earlier than expected but the host allowed us to leave our bags and also have a quick wash and change. The apartment is immaculate and had everything you would need for a stay over, its a shame we couldn't stay longer. The kitchen was well equipped including milk, tea, coffee, bread, jam and eggs for the morning. If we ever visit Portsmouth again we would not hesitate to re-book.

Great location, right near Gun Wharf. Lovely apartment with great facilities especially the kitchen, though we didn't do any cooking during our stay !

wonderful

The house was absolutely gorgeous. nothing was missing. we felt like at home. We stayed for 1 night but we were really satisfied. the hosts were very kind and offered treats. Also, the location of the house was perfect.

Lovely modern and clean house. Very good location.

Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern. Fridge had some essentials for our own use including bread. Friendly hosts.

Excellent location, clean apartment just a shame about the smell of cigarettes

The property was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was good and close to the centre of Portsmouth

The property smelt of cigarettes and this transferred onto our clothes and we couldn’t spend much time in the apartment as it was making us feel ill. Please do not advertise as smoke free when it obviously isn’t

Great value accommodation in a great location.

Very accommodating owners, we turned up early and they allowed us to leave our stuff inside until after it was cleaned. They then contacted me to say we could go in. I happened to mention it was my birthday and when we returned to the accommodation I found I had been left a card and a bottle of Prosecco to help me celebrate, very thoughtful and much appreciated.

The property is nice and well presented and very good location for visiting Portsmouth.

Unfortunately, the property smelled of cigarette smoke and it’s very disappointing especially as the property is advertised as non smoking facility. There was an ashtray was on the balcony.

Modern, well equipped & comfortable

Nicely furnished interior with great kitchen for two to chill at breakfast bar plus lovely walk in shower. Nice that some provisions like coffee & milk made available.

Arrived when dark due to travel delays & had to self illuminate key box to get key. Would have liked a reading light by the bed in the bedroom next ti bathroom.

Superb

The flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped, beds very comfortable with a television in every room. The hosts had left some basic food stuffs in the fridge and a well stocked larder. #Very handy for Qunwharf shopping and Commercial Road all within walking distance We received a warm welcome and the only thing that I believe is worth mentioning is that there is two flights of stairs that might be a slight drawback for older renters. A small detail and I can highly recommend.

Exceptional

This property is in a convenient location. Close to discount outlet and docks. It was great for our family with two bedrooms. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was provided out the back. The host is very responsive and helpful.
