Short Visit to St Ives in Easter

The apartment was lovely, Clean and Equipped with everything needed. Amazing views from the balcony across St Ives. Only a short 5 minute walk to town. The apartment rooms were all spacious and we found it really comfortable and cozy 😊. Would definitely stay again. The managers were really helpful and prompt to communicate with us when needed too. Thanks!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Everything you could possibly need for a base to explore from, or a cosy retreat with amazing sea views from the terrace. Loved the welcome package full of Cornish goodies! We met Mark, the host who was such a lovely bloke. He gave us some great tips and recommendations to check out during our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Super helpful and friendly host, Cosy bed, tastefully decorated and brilliant views.

It wasn’t a problem for us but the stairs to get to the apartment may have been an issue for anyone with mobility issues.

Fabulous.. highly recommended!

Great self contained apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Fabulous view from the balcony. Lovely spot to sit and have a drink after a day sightseeing or relaxing at the beach. Mark the owner was so helpful and friendly nothing was any trouble. Highly recommend if you don’t mind climbing stairs but worth it for the view and apartment.

The stairs didn’t bother us but if you have trouble climbing stairs it is not the apartment for you.

Superb

The views of St Ives and the sea from the apt were spectacular. We were in the penthouse (apt 4)which offers the advantage of an outside deck but the views from apt 3 below were even more spectacular. Views from every room in both apts. Really well equipped modern kitchen. Comfortable bed and comfortable couches in living room. Big bathroom with impressive bookcase full of good reading options for all ages. We loved this apt.

The bed in Apt 4 was so huge that it was difficult to slide around the sloped walls to get in to it. There are a lot of stairs to the top floor and we found it was easier to use the inside stairs when taking the dog out. It was nice to have that option.

We had a lovely stay, the views and space were fantastic and mark was a supportive host

Balcony view was beautiful Excellent location Friendly host Dog friendly Clean and well maintained Very spacious- photos don’t do justice

Bedroom has a huge bed frame but is two queen size mattresses so not the most space for a couple on one mattress Some scaffolding up during stay

Fantastic views from every room. All the facilities you would ever require for your stay, it even has a washing machine! Normally when booking any trips I untick everything except hotels, but in this case I couldn't find a hotel that met my requirements and when I widened the search, I found the excellent reviews on Pednolver Apt 4 which swayed me into booking it. It was so good that I will look at self contained properties ahead of hotels in the future.

Great stay at fabulous apartment with fantastic views of ST Ives

Fabulous apartment. large comfortable and clean. And truly fantastic views out over ST Ives town and harbour from the windows and terrace. Great information provided by host. It’s in a great location being only five minutes walk down into the town. I would say though that the street & steps up to the apartment are quite steep, something to bear in mind.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment.

Really good central location with parking to enable maximum exploring of St Ives

Self catering. Especially good that we asked for the sofa bed for our son. Bedding and a towel were provided. We have stayed in 5* hotels and most forget the extra towel. Cream tea with scones, milk and tea provided excellent

The photos don't do it justice. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely book again.

Great views over St Ives but apartment is away from the crowds in town. There is a parking space and it's not too far to lug things upstairs. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and we did a lot of cooking using local butcher for meat and allotment shop in town for everything else. Bathroom is huge and airy. Every room has a view of the sea. Dog-friendly.
