J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel car j’avais une escale. La literie super confortable! Il y’avait tout savon, brosse à dent, gel douche ect , nous avions eu une suite très spacieuse. Personnel très gentils

Good

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The staff from the front desk are very friendly! Every time we had a request they helped us quickly. Location is great, very close to the metro.

For some reason the room was feeling always humid and there was a dusty smell coming out from the AC…

Horrible Service and Dirty Rooms - Avoid This Hotel

Nothing went well. The worst experience ever

Horrible Service and Dirty Rooms Im writing this review while staying at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Despite multiple requests at the reception, housekeeping never cleaned the room during my stay even the direct walking request to reception while we went outside- still, when we got back after 5 hours shockingly, the room was not clean. I was with my 1-year-old baby and my wife. On the third day, they made us beg to clean the room. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and inattentive, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. Their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and made the situation worse. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and poses health risks. The lack of basic cleanliness and the poor service are unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding The Town Hotel- Mesherib Qatar. Management needs to seriously improve their staff training and operations. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Relação qualidade preço sobre a habitação! Colocação de águas diariamente no quarto! Empregado que fazia limpeza e arrumação do quarto muito educado e excelente profissional!

Quarto mal preparado para receber os Clientes! - Sem Cabides no guarda roupa. Zero Cabides ! - Frigobar não funcionava ( Avaria Termóstato)! - Balança avariada ( Foi colocada uma pilha )!

Huge bedroom, good location and nice buffet breakfast

Lovely large room Super King bed!! Firm pillows Table and two tub chairs Polite staff, english speaking at check in even at 1:45am. Quality breakfast

A bit dated in carpet and decore Construction going on around streets nearby, not noisy but footpaths chopped up and a bit dangerous if poor sighted or wheelchair Nov23

The location of the hotel

The service changed i was there 2 years ago the hotel service was amazing but now totally change Hope they will make progress soon The stuff is very good 😊 very helpful the rooms needs some works especially smoker's rooms Thank you for the town hotel stuff
