Lets say it is not what i expect

I like the location, pool is warm and clean,

Lift is too bc take long time, staff is not accomodating specilly 2 ladies in reception while the coʻstumers are waiting they can still talking before working. More on talking. No available dental kit ,soap, slippers they only have 1 towel.

Ocerall stay is excellent and we'd love to return again and of course highly revommen

Accomodating staff, services and facilities.

The carpet floor is not clean and it looks old that makes it looks untidy. Also, the use of the pool got short like before its untill 8 PM now until 6 PM which is too early as the following day people usualy wakes up late and no time to use the pool in the morning. We are requesting to return the usual timing on weekends is fine.

Cancelled Room, Rude Staff

Upon arrival, the staff informed me that my room reservation had been cancelled, despite receiving no prior notification from Booking.com. Unfortunately, no room was available, and the male receptionist, in particular, was quite rude in his demeanor. This situation raises concerns about communication with Booking.com and the prioritization of walk-in customers over existing reservations. The overall customer service experience was extremely disappointing.

مكان السكن سيء في حي قديم وكل اللي حوله سكن عمال والتعامل سيء جدًا وعدم احترام للنزيل موظف الاستقبال تطاول بالكلام على نزيل عماني قدامي الموقف صار

تعامل جدًا سيء تم إلغاء الحجز مع اني دافع ويصرفونك لفندق ثاني على اساس انه حجز بديل وتضرب مشوار لهناك ويقولك ماعندي شيء

Watch out for the scam

The view maybe. Bed nice. Nice big 4 star hotel that has never been maintained. Place is dirty and left to ruin. Shame

Turned up at the hotel and they said my booking was cancelled, even tho on my app ther is no such details. They say they can give me a room at a higher rate. So I have to pay more. Scam,they cancel your booking and get you to pay a higher rate. Carpet in room is a disgrace ,everything needs cleaned and upgraded.

اسوء فندق مر بحياتي الناس متجمعي باللوبي الصغير ماحصلت غرف الساعه 5 و6

صدمه صدمه صدمه صدمه للسياح

دخلت الفندق الساعه 4 وشوي العصر ولقيت طوابير زحمه والناس جالسه في الرسبشين وقفت اخذت سرا وسئلت ثلاث بنات قدامي قالوا صارلنا كم ساعه يقولون الغرفه ماجهزت والمفروض ثلاثة بالكثير نستلمها وانتظرت ساعتين كامله والي قبلي كلهم قالوا لهم سوو اللغاء من البوكنج وبنعطيك سعر كويس والغرفه بتجهز بالليل تعال وعلى هالحاله الي ماجاء دوري قال انتظري بعد ماشاف رقم حجزي ويرسلي ايميل نفس الوقت ويكتب تم اللغاء حجزك قلت ليه ماتكلمتوا بصوت طويل بدا يصرف هندي وفلبينيه في الرسبشن وتهاوشنا ورغم بنتي وصلت لقطر ومريت مستشفى تعبانه وانتظرنا مع الناس على الفاضي ساعتين مرت على الفاضي وبعدها دخل بنفس الوقت سعودي وقالت الفلبينيه انلغى حجزك وقعد يصارخ رغم هو محظوظ مانتظر جاي متاخر مره بعد ماخفوا الناس والله ماتمر عندي كل تصوير فديوات الوقت والعمال وكل شي ومقرره اشتكي وزاره السياحه عندهم برجع لقطر قريب لوحده علشان هالموضوع مستحيل اخليه يمر

لايمكن ان اكرر السكن في المكان

الحمام لم يكن جاهزاً عند تسليمي الغرفة وكان مستعمل وام ينظف!! اجهزة كهربائية مكسورة ومعطلة ( غلاية الماء + الطباخ ) لايوجد عازل صوت في الابواب

I advise everyone not to book in this hotel

Nothing at all. An old hotel with very poor accommodation. Everything was old. There are 7th floors in this hotel and only one elevator and you have to wait for long time.

Nothing to like and it’s was very expensive compared to the accommodation.

Worst check-in ever

Price for this time at AFC tournament

Check-in process was the worst ever, we had to wait around an hour to be checked in and then they couldn’t find 3 rooms which we booked already, then after that they told us they have three rooms ready for us but my friend entered his room and there was already a family staying at the same room!!!

I would not stay any more on this apt.

I stay here for 3 nights- 2 days no one cleaned up so i call the receptions two times to clean up my room before sleep it was my time. The crib for 2 years very small and not comfortable. The parking alot is full and bad smell and have hard to breath.

Tulin viettämään pitkän välilaskun hotelliin, joten siihen nähden hintalaatusuhde todella ok verrattuna lentokenttähotel

Kaunis tilava huone ja kiva näkymä. Hinta oli edullinen.

Hotellissa ja huoneessani haisi tupakka. Sijainti ei ole metroreitin varrella ja busseihin ei pääse metrokortilla, eikä lippua voi ostaa kuskilta, joten julkiset yhteydet hieman hankalat. Uber on toki edullinen.

Amazing staff and team.

The hospitality of the gentleman (Sri Lankan )who did our check-in..the all team we met during our arrival..the security guard who helped to carry our luggages and the gentleman who assisted us to the room not forgetting the two housekeeping gentlemen who came to the room in the morning asking for cleaning they were so kind.

يقوم الفندق بألغاء الحجز في اي وقت مابعد الساعه الثالثه ، رغم انهم حاجزين المبلغ ورغم ابلاغهم بوصولي في وقت متأخر عبر الاتصال عليهم وابلاغي بالموافقه وعند وصولي تفاجأت بألغاء حجزي ، وكان هناك عدة اشخاص بالاستقبال يواجهون نفس المشكله مماتسبب بالازدحام والفوضى بدون توضيح للزبائن ، الموظف من الجنسيه العربيه للأسف اسلوبه غير جيد وغير متفهم ولايجيد النقاش وزعلان طوال الوقت

Tolles Hotel in Toplage. Preislich genial.

Die Ausstattung war prima. Klimaanlage, kleine Küche, Bett,Badezimmer, alles top. Unser Zimmer lag im zweiten Stock, die Bar darunter.Das war sehr lange am Abend sehr laut....wir sind nicht sehr lärmempfindlich, aber es war schon arg.

Über Weihnachten war wohl viel Betrieb, deswegen mangelte es an Reinigungspersonal, während unseren 17 Nächten wurde fünfmal das Zimmer nicht gemacht.

الاقامة فاقت توقعاتي

كانت تجربتي سيئة في اول ليلة ولكن تمت ترقية الغرفة مجاناً وانعكس ذلك بشكل ايجابي على اقامتي من جميع النواحي وفاقت توقعاتي 👍🏻

الحمام بحاجة للصيانة والادوات الصحية غير جيدة للاستخدام وبحاجة للاستبدال.
