Lovely & quiet place to stay in Amsterdam

The refrigerator was full of delicious food, waters, meats, cheeses, eggs, creamers, juices. The private roof terrace had beautiful flowers and was colorfully lit up @ night. Cor our host was very nice and helpful directing us to make for a wonderful experience. Location to the tram made it easy to go into the central part of Amsterdam and the train station.

Steep stairs made it difficult to bring our luggage up & down but worth the effort to stay in this nice accommodation.

The room was completely silent, and it was very nice. Also great breakfast

warm, friendly and comfortable

small apartment with roof terrace. due to weather and work commitments I didn’t use the roof terrace. owner was very friendly and accommodating. couldn’t ask for a nicer host.

2 single duvets on the bed, would have preferred a double as I’m a fairly large guy. also find in Holland they use small pillows, again a standard pillow which I use at home would be a better preference but I slept well for the 3 nights of my visit so it’s not something which I’m marking the property against.

Exceptional

The place is clean and well-maintained, there are a few supermarkets and restaurants around the area and tram 4 is close by, which is very convenient. Cor was very nice to give us information regarding public transport and the weather. We will definitely go back here the next time we stay in Amsterdam ☺️☺️
