Wyndham Grand Krakow hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the spa is amazing..location is excellent,staff are always pleasant and helpful.will definitely be back again.

Mini bar prices should be reduced ,considering local shops are within metres from the hotel,some items near double the price...and why is breakfast a separate option from booking??

Top notch hotel on a beautiful street with easy access to dining, shopping and many of the sites.

Perfect location for exploring Krakow! Just minutes from market square and most major sites are walkable. Hotel is newly renovated and the room was beautiful and spacious!

La situation exceptionnelle Le personnel à l'écoute et très réactif Le Spa les soins etc... La propreté et le confort des chambres et le lit XXL ( suis très grand, confort comme à la maison )

Nous avions pris une chambre supérieure de luxe avec balcon mais les fenêtres sont condamnées ! Nous souhaitions dîner au restaurant gastronomique de l'hôtel mais celui ci était fermé !

Wonderful.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, right in the heart of the old town, which is beautiful. The excursions we booked collected us from the door, which took any worry away about getting to a certain area on a time frame. My only slight comment, was the breakfast Team were very slow at coming to offer coffee & take our order, but not to a level of complaint. Beds were exceptionally comfy, with a great variety of pillow comfort. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent!

We loved the assistance that we received from the front desk, most especially from Joanna! Also, we loved our suite. Our two young adult daughters had their own private space and bathroom upstairs. Everything was clean & the room was beautifully decorated. I also enjoyed the spacious & gorgeous bathroom that my husband & I shared. It was exceptional! The weigh scale was a nice amenity. I hope to revisit this beautiful hotel, again, in the future.

Egy jó ötlet, korlátokkal.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, közvetlenül a fő sétálóutcáról nyílik, a közelben van a főtér és a színház is. A parkolás a mélygarázsban megoldott, a személyzet nagyon segítőkészen intézi. Az olasz étterembe közvetlen átjárással lehet bejutni, kellemes és hangulatos. Csendes a szoba, igazán lehet pihenni. Az épület egy kicsit zegzugos, viszont hangulatos.

A családi szoba belső folyosóra nyílik, ahonnan közvetlen belátás van. A nagy légterű szoba fűtése nem elegendő (novemberben). A kinyitható ágy kényelmetlen. A wellness részleg a pincében van, egyetlen kis szauna és egy kis jakuzzi van, valamint egy hűvös medence - elég nyomasztó. A reggeli finom, de aránytalanul drága.

Very comfortable clean and great staff.

Situated in centre of old town easy accessibility to everywhere. Cleanliness throughout hotel was first class. Friendly staff. One guy in particular in reception was first class unfortunately can’t remember his name. He was there on our first day.

Great location, Great staff, Great Spa, Great hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco which was a nice start. The staff were great, the food amazing and we made great use do the lovely spa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel and my second time staying. But, sleep disrupted due to music across the road.

It's the second time I have stayed here. The main pull for me is the location. The hotel is right in the middle of my favourite 'rynek' vein. Florianska is a vibrant cobbled road, with an eclectic range of shop fronts. It's also on the right side of the square for access to the train station, shopping mall and other attractions. The hotel itself is grand, a welcoming entrance into a well presented building. It is clean, spacious and attractive - particularly the underground spa. Rooms and bathrooms are big and the food is tasty.

Our room overlooked a nightclub/bar on the other side of the road, which disrupted our sleep. Despite this not being the fault of the hotel/staff, it's obviously something that guests should be aware of as the whole purpose of staying in a hotel is for a decent rest. If you can't sleep due to the presence of a nightclub, then your stay is compromised. The review score asks me to rate my 'stay' at the hotel, not the hotel itself which is lovely. My score refers to the stay/quality of rest.

Warto pomyśleć o wymianie suszarek do włosów na bardziej wydajne.

a luxurious hotel where we spent at least one wonderful night. everything is at a very high level, both the rooms and the hotel management in general. A decent restaurant, but still not up to the required level. cool parking with an elevator) Overall, a practically new hotel with a very beautiful design and cozy rooms

Location High ceilings and design / architecture

Lack of reception area. No heated mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom. Breakfast not included in my package; at that price it really ought to have been.

Excellent location

The buffet breakfast was continental with plenty to choose from on the hot menu Fantastic location with only a 2 min walk to town square where there is an abundance of restaurants.
