Increible lugar! Ojalá no tengas que lidiar con el host!

El alojamiento está perfecto, muy cómodo, limpio, amplio…ubicado a pasos del mercado, etc. Nada que decir, está muy bueno.

Si llegas a tener un problema, el host no existe. Simplemente no responde o lo hace con mucho retraso. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y no dio respuesta. No hay recepción ni nada parecido, y como no responde, opciones de late check out o early check in son imposibles. Debe mejorar mucho en customer care, es lo único malo del alojamiento.

It was a great stay in Lisbon

+Very nicely furnished apartment, spacious, with a large bathroom and kitchenette +Elevator in the building +Code access to the building and apartment +View of the church and square +150m to Timeout Market +300m to the metro

- Not enough dishes in the kitchen - only a set for 2 people, no wine opener ;-) - Noisy pipes in the bathroom

Theft

Everything was fine until our money was stolen from the apartment.

I stayed in the apartment from 7th to 13th January and my guest came to join me on the evening of 10th January. Unfortunately at some point on 11th or 12th January, our cash was stolen from the apartment. The apartment is accessed by key codes. There was no break in. I reported the incident as soon as we realised it had occurred and the response from the organisation has been pathetic. Despite multiple emails, they have not investigated what might have happened let alone tried to put it right. They are treating us like complete idiots. The apartment did not provide a safe for valuables and the thought that someone went through my things and found and stole our money (in two separate bedrooms) is very upsetting. The only good thing is that nothing else was stolen apart from cash but on the other hand, stolen cash is very hard to prove. I have reported the incident to the Portuguese police. I cannot recommend Prime Lisboa based on the fact that we were robbed from the apartment and the organisation has refused to investigate this or take it seriously. I am incredibly upset by what has happened.

Overall a great Apt in a great location We LOVED Lisbon and it’s beautiful people !

Beautifully appointed apartment in a great location Great kitchen eating area bathroom and living space Convenient access to all facilities - Time Out Market Train Station Supermarket Restaurants Bars etc On a busy street quite busy at nights. We like noise ! If you’d prefer something more quiet the heavy solid windows blocked noise well

TV was not working Coffee maker was dirty with mould forming on used coffee in filter This was minor however compared with being locked out of the Apt for over an hour at a time !! Our keypad entry system was a disaster ! Blocked us out of the Apt at some point for 3 of 4 days We sent messages to both Booking.com and Prime Lisbon with no response The Wonderful Ksenia came along ( by chance ) to save us after one hour sitting on stairs Compensation of €16 - waiving of the City Tax was inadequate We are Air BnB owners. We would’ve given the last night FREE of charge for this serious inconvenience Unfortunately we cannot recommend this Apt because of this

AMAZING location, good wifi, spacious and comfortable room.

Location was AMAZING! The room was so nice, spacious, they had dishes (and everything else you need to cook), clean, closet space.

The shower head was a bit out of control. It only came jetting out and it wasn't comfortable to shower there.

No Wi-Fi or television made this stay totally not worth the price. Management needs to be on property and able to fix on

The property was decorated nicely, cool windows, nice balcony, and very modern. BUT- There was no Wi-Fi or TV for my entire stay. Texted the property via booking app and they were responsive and apologetic but seemed like canned responses. Got the feeling they have been aware of the problem and just haven’t fixed it. Told me they were getting internet company to come but that never happened and didn’t have TV or Wi-Fi the entire time. This made property totally not worth the money we paid for conveniences. Not happy- don’t book here unless you make sure they have tested Wi-Fi and tv before entering.

Seems like management of property is lacking and maintenance needs s a problem. No confidence that problems were going to get fixed.

The area this apartment was in was not clean and didn't appear safe. We shared our concerns and the host was not accommodating. The area is VERY run down and not sure why the reviews didn't reflect this point. My daughter and I didn't feel comfortable walking around. There was a man coming up to cars and trying to get us to park in unsavory areas. The host did not refund any of the payment and did not want to speak with us. Please beware of this area and apartment. I usually don't give terrible reviews but this one deserves it. When you are out of the country you want to know the area is safe and looks safe. I wish I had taken pic's.

A bit overpriced place but we had a nice stayed.

The location was great. Close to transport. Nice view the balcony. Supermarkets close enough. The appartament was well and nicely equipped. There is Netflix.

Summer heat and no AC. Felt not nice at all. Hard to sleep. Shower needs repair as still leaking. The balcony is shared, so not safe to stay with opened windows.

Fantastic location, easy check in (access with a code), a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and the apartment itself spacious. Fast wifi.

The apartment was supposed to have air conditioning, but it did not. It was very hot and quite unpleasant in the evenings, I had to sleep with the balcony doors wide open, which I was only able to do because I didn't mind the noise (the balcony overlooks a busy square and is next to a loud bar). The owner messaged that they were aware of the issue and had placed a fan in the room, which did very little. If you are sensitive to noise or heat, this is not the place for you. For longer stays it would be nice to have the option for the linen to be changed.

the apartment is right off the time out market. plenty of restaurants around. the metro station is around the corner. beautiful apartment, modern and full of light. we loved it

location. style. beautiful windows and shutters looking out over the square. so convenient.

the bathroom shower was too small. the water went everywhere. need some sort of drain or splash guard. there was only one mirror. for four people. there needs to be an extra one outside of the bath. maybe enter way over the piece of furniture.

We wish we have not selected this unit for our 3-night stay at Lisbon

Like the Location as it is 4 minutes walk to the subway/bus station and also t is close to many city attractions.

(1) Poor / non responsive communication from the host when you need the most. (2) The unit has no AC and washing machine, considering the price tag of €175 euro per night (3) The door to the balcony (the only pathway to let natural light and fresh air into the room) has to be closed off because the balcony are shared with other units and also excessive noise at night from the street party. Thus, we often have a feeling of living in a dark and sealed off cage, especially when there is no functional AC.

the room is bigger than I expected, location is good and comfortable.

there is no tissue holder in the toilet. I do not understand why they don’t install it. it makes me uncomfortable. also the soap holder in the shower. better improve these things would make another guests more satisfied.

Great location-close to everything!. Easy, no frills space close to everything and safe. Quiet space. Good water pressure. Great lift to room

The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities and despite being in a central neighbourhood it was nice and quiet within the apartment

Amazing location but very noisy nightlife.

The location was perfect for getting around Lisbon, restaurants and sites. Easy to access with codes, aka no keys. The apt was very clean and is exactly as seen in the pictures online.

We stayed a Friday and Saturday night and the outside bar and nightlife kept us awake until 4 am. NOT a place to stay if you are not into the nightlife. Very noisy at night…late at night. It was a little difficult to find at first but if you follow the Booking.com map exactly as it appears, you will find it. We only had one roll of toilet paper.

Superb

Amazing location. Walking distance to almost every attraction and famous streets. Transportation station 2 minute walk . Lovely apartment. Very comfortable bed. It has everything you may need. Building is safe no one can enter unless you have a code not that it's a must because lisbon is a very safe place. Management is wonderful and they communicate quickly if you need anything. I highly recommend staying there.

A bar underneath that can get too loud during the weekend if you are a light sleeper.
