The facility Cleanness’s The utensils used on serving the food. I had booked for a family room, the room was provided as if to stay three single beds. We were together four.

Disgusting!

The bed was big and the towel was really clean. They arranged to get my PCR test done very quickly at the hotel, which was rather convenient.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet bowl was filthy, the sink soo low that it almost gave me a back ache. The room floor was probably never mopped as it was dirty. The bed sheet had odd spot marks. There was water stain marks on the furniture and old spit marks on the walls. Quite shabby! I ordered a plate of momo, they were absolutely inedible.

Room provided by the property was not the same room as booked. I was said that all the rooms were occupied and the room

Nothing !! Very embarrassed with the property

The room provided didn’t even had a single fan forget about AC. No lights , I felt like I was staying in the cheap guest house but property mentioned the same rate as the booked room. It was really disgusting stay in this hotel this time.
