La atenciòn del personal, en el restaurante, en las habitaciones, y sus recomendaciones, el desayuno riquisimo y las vistas increíbles del volcán

El precio del menú, quizás hubiese sido un poco menos para los hospedados.

Stunning views and beautiful location.

It is right in the National park with the most stunning views. There is a fire place in the room which they put on in the evening. So we were nice and cosy. Simple meal options but tasty.

I found it a bit expensive but i guess they are benefiting for the fact they are in the national park. They should add drinking glasses in the rooms.

beautiful to be surrounded by nature, horses and volcano but lacked hospitality . they also charged us $10 per every win

Vistas imponentes del volcán, experiencia única.

La ubicación es excepcional, dentro del propio parque del Cotopaxi junto con sus vistas al volcán hace que sea una experiencia única. Hotel con un cuidado diseño en un entorno natural. Te encienden una estufa de leña a las 17h para calentar la habitación. Restaurante con una correcta relación calidad precio. Experiencia única.

El acceso por la entrada norte del parque para está en muy mal estado, no aconsejable si no vas en 4x4. El baño está algo viejo. El personal no es especialmente atento, no dando indicaciones o recomendaciones del parque. Desayuno poco variado.

Amazing views, charming accommodations. Recommended.

Amazing location right next to Cotopaxi with amazing views of the mountain from all windows of the room. Breathtaking. Nice breakfast served in the main building.

Gorgeous views of the volcano in a lovely hotel

We stayed in the couples lodge and had a great fireplace in the room to keep us warm. The hotel organised a fab horse riding trip for us and helped us travel to our next destination. Also, you can’t get better than the view from the dining room! All in all it was fantastic - just beware it gets chilly so bring layers!

Room with a magnificent view in a very friendly place.

Tambopaxi is an truly exceptional place inside the National Parc. Through our window, we had a magnificent view on Cotapaxi Vulcano. Sleeping inside the National Parc has the great advantage that you can start a walk or a ride with horses at your door step. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is good and the daily menu really fills up after a day of walking. A small but extremely lovely element was the fact that they light up the fireplace in your room at 17h00. Finally the place is "mountain" style so do not except a 5 star resort. But it fits perfectly in the environment and has a high standard. If you need transport, Guido with it's yellow school bus is a great person. You can ask his support through Tambopaxi Reception.

It is a great place but keep in mind that it can be very cold at 3.700 meter in front of the Vulcano. So make sure that you bring warm clothing. Also note that there is no shop (which you do not really need) so it is a good plan to bring some fruit, bread, ... for eating during your hike. Breakfast is included and the restaurant at very reasonable prices is open at noon and in the evening.

everything from the remarkable location with the view on the Cotopaxi, to the little fire that they lit on our room to stay warm. breakfast was good, dinner was awesome. this place was one of our favorite stops on our day down the sierra.

fabulous stay in the national park

everything about tambopaxi was so beautiful. super clean lodges with a lovely fire that the staff light up for you! the dinner was also super delicious, would highly recommend the horse riding as well !

Tambopaxi is the perfect place to relax and wake up to a beautiful view of Cotopaxi.

The breakfast was a good start to our day. It was fresh and just what we needed.

The internet shut down, so we were unable to pay with card.

The location was amazing and we loved the horse riding.

Some of the staff were very good. Others weren’t really interested and you felt like intruders in their own private party.

The bed, the pillows could not be worse, they are old and a bit smelly. The room was noisy, we could hear everything from other rooms.
