Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli

Aamiainen perushyvä, ei niin loistava ja monipuolinen kuin arvosteluissa oltiin kehuttu. Iso plussa lasten leikkipaikasta ravintolassa. Huoneet olivat todella siistissä kunnossa verrattuna useisiin muihin Tallinnan hotelleihin. Sijainti hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista.

Hotellin parkkipaikka pieni, pysäköintipaikkoja noin 10kpl, joita ei varata asiakkaalle. Takaisin tullessa voi olla mahdollisuus ettei saa autoa pysäköityä maksamalleen (15€/vrk) pysäköintialueelle, tästä iso miinus. Parkkipaikka tulisi varata asiakkaan käyttöön koko vierailun ajaksi. Hotellin lähistöllä ei ole kauppoja.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel für einen Besuch in Tallinn

Gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, sehr schönes Bad. Gute Idee mit dem Gutschein für den Verzicht auf Service.

Sopiva aikuiseen makuun

Hotellihuone oli todella siisti ja puhdas. Huone oli tilava, erillinen makuuhuone myös rauhallinen ja toimiva pimennysverho. Olin tyytyväinen upeaan kylpyhuoneeseen ja poreammeeseen.

nice building, but lacking service

room was nice, breakfast was ok

there was no person at the reception all weekend, everything was managed through the hotel next door, which had only one receptionist on a 3 person job. timeframe between arriving to the hotel and entering the room was 1.5 hours. the parking arrangement was very confusing. information was absolutely limited, no answering phone on designated numbers.

It is a great place to stay with little children and explore Tallin

Stay was above my expectations! Perfect place to stay with family. Clean, stylish, great smells around, cosy. Very good breakfast and tasty!

Good, will definitely visit again.

Bed was very comfy and big. Location is good, room was big, comfortable and cleanliness was absolutely 10/10. The staff was nice too. I didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast at the restaurant in the morning so they provided me with the breakfast package. Hotel’s design was pleasant.

Breakfast was meh (only one kind of porridge, no plant base milk options, dry little croissants is basically the only pastry option that they had). The self-check-in system is absolutely useless because you need to go back down to get plastic card to get electricity in your room working. Sound isolation is also very bad, couldn’t sleep at all because of the noises outside and banging doors on my floor. Also there is no spa in the building which is a shame:(.

Huone oli siisti, uuden-oloinen. Kylpyhuone tilava.

Aamiaisella ei ollut tuoretta leipää ja tarjonta leipien suhteen kehnohko. Kuitenkin neljän tähden hotelli. Sijainti aika syrjässä vaikka mainittu olevan keskustassa. Musiikki alakerrasta ja liikenteen äänet kantautui ainakin kolmannen kerroksen huoneisiin.

An excellent experience

You can check in and out without having to talk to a single person! The room was cozy and looked good, breakfast was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

They played Christmas songs at breakfast. Other than that, everything was great.

Hidden Modern Gem!

Hotel was very modern and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was adequate, typical Continental Style, Restaurant was well laid out considering Covid restrictions, Staff(Young Woman) in the Restaurant was pleasant and helpful! Room was comfortable, usb charging points next to the bed, WiFi excellent, we used our Netflix and shared it to the room TV, you can only do this on secure WiFi though. Used Hotel Buddy to check in and it allocated the Room number a few days prior to checking in, also allowed you to lock & unlock the room door on the app, 1st time using and felt comfortable using it. The usual Room things, Minibar, Tea & coffee with kettle, (water in room drinkable no need for bottled water) Menu for Room service Italian a few doors down operates this, toiletries, shower cap, towels, slippers, the bathroom was wet room style (no bath) shower was excellent, water temperature controlled, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. The Hotel was about 10min walk from Freedom Square, and the majority of the Tourist attractions within walking distance.

We found dirty socks behind the curtain from a previous Guest! Entry was up 2 flights of stairs, not the best if you are either in a Wheelchair or unsteady on your feet, although from the Room (120) there was a carpark at the back, so maybe access from there to the Reception?

Suurepärane hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe. Mõnus hotell.

Väga korralik ja suurepärase puhtustasemega hotell. Ööbisime standardtoas ja kõik oli ootustepärane ja hubane. Hommikusöök oli mitmekesine ja väga maitsev! Hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe on sellel hotellil väga paigas!

Hommikusöögi saalis taustamuusika oli liiga vali minu jaoks.

Хороший современный отель в центре Таллина.

Комфортный номер, где все чисто и современно. Очень удобная кровать, отличный душ. Великолепный разнообразный завтрак. Красивый холл, украшенный к Рождеству, приветливый персонал.

Нам нужен был лифт для поднятия багажа, к сожалению он был только с обратной стороны здания и пришлось потрудиться чтобы перетащить туда наш багаж. Комната в описании была 15 кв.м. по факту 11, 15 это если считать с коридором и ванной комнатой. Нам было тесновато.

It was amazing and great place to stay over

I liked the attention at the reception. The concierge was really nice. I had to leave early around 5 am and the concierge gathered some breakfast items so I could take them with me for my journey. It was really nice to offer

Персонал приветливый, завтрак очень хороший, везде чистота.

Я искал по категориям СПА и ресторан в гостинице. Оказалось, что всё это есть в соседнем отеле. Идти всего минуту, но в халате не пойдешь((( Считаю что такие заявления являются мошейничискими(((

Hyvä liikematkahotelli

Perushotelli, käyttäisin erityisesti business-matkustamiseen (hiljainen ja hyvät sängyt). Pariskunta reissuun valitsisin ketjun muun hotellin. Sijainti täydellinen Tompeaan vieressä, ostoskeskus kivenheiton päässä ja kävellen jaksaa Telliskiveen saakka. Upeat lenkki/juoksupuistot vieressä!

Huoneen poreammeen ylimenevä vesi jää kylpyhuoneen lattialla - ei ole kiva itse mopata lattiaa kylvyn jälkeen.

Ületas ootuseid!

Ilus puhas tuba, väga mõnus vannituba - kiidan segistit! Voodis mitu patja. Hea hommikusöögivalik. Magada oli meeldivalt vaikne. Hea üllatus oli, kui tulime õhtul hilja ürituselt ja oli joogijanu, aga kui hotelli sisse astusime, oli meid ootamas vastuvõtulaual puhas vesi.

Mitte midagi polegi ette heita. Soovitan aga telekasse Netflixi kanalit :)

Definitely recommend!

Location is good enough. Most of all we enjoyed service, administrator was very kind and everything worked very smoothly. Breakfast was also good. Remarkable was the cleanliness!

Friendly staff!

The beds were amazing, we slept so good. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is not too fare from the old town. Breakfast contains variable choices.

Our fridge didn't worked. Bathroom floor was floating every time we used the hot tube.

Bathroom. Amazing crepes for breakfast. Silent surroundings.

Rooms lack coziness. It’s clean but we missed more carpeted areas in the room. The small carpet was stained as well as the curtains. I would highly recommend switching instant coffee for a nespresso machine in the room. Overal the hotel does not perform for a price we paid. It reminds me of clean student housing.
