very bad experience.
They showed d picture of suite and charged 14000/- a day, and gave us a simple room.

Overall, not expected after charging a price of 5* hotel
Rooms were spacious.
We had booked 3 rooms and there was no sync in the items provided in each room. For example in one of the rooms they had kept fruit bowl and in other 2 there was nothing. In one of the rooms they had provided proper bathroom kit and in other 2 rooms things were missing. Most of the time landline phone was not working so there was no way to contact the reception or room service. At times when it worked, we had to call room service multiple times to get the things done.

There were some dropping on the bed. That's why the bed sheet and pillow sheet were dirty.

Except for the comfortable rooms nothing
Not at all hygienic, also for the price you pay that food (break fast and dinner as per our package) was really bad. No proper hygiene maintained, the whole property although beautiful is maintained very poorly
