Una propiedad excepcional

Es una propiedad espectacular con muchísimas zonas comunes decoradas de manera tradicional y con un gusto exquisito. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Recibimiento cálido y familiar. Ideal para pasar unos días relajado.

Es imposible reseñar nada negativo del alojamiento. Tan solo se debe tener en cuenta de que para llegar es necesario tener coche.

Disappointing

The room was fine and there was a large communal kitchen and living room. There was a fridge in the bedroom.

We booked the family suite of 2 bedrooms but as we were 2 people we were told we could only have 1 bedroom and the other bedroom was locked. We were told we had to pay an additional 35 euros to use the other room and Booking.com had 'tricked' us. After an argument we were allowed to use the other room but it made a miserable start to our holiday. Also initially entrance is via codes to get in with no person available on site although somebody did come when we had the above problem. The parking is up a very steep cobbled path. The location is on a busy road and not easy to walk anywhere from the house.

very large clean room and comfortable bed

it’s very close to a main road so I found the traffic noise very loud . There were other guests who were very noisy & the sound carried to my room . In all - a very noisy stay

Great house for a vacation with family with all the facilities and in a peaceful place.

We booked the presidential suite for one day and It was awesome. It is a bit away from the main nearby city, but it is good because its located in a very peaceful rural area. I really enjoyed the room, especially the small room with comfy sofas and the big bathroom. It is a quiet place, and I really feel I would appreciate a bigger stay in the future. The house was gigantic, the front view was beautiful (the fountain) and it had places for grills and an amazing pool.

It was not a bummer, but the room states pool view, but it is not true since the pool is separated in a different area at the back of the house. The pool was not too clean (there was a bug here and there), but I went in September and it was cold, which was awesome for me because I enjoy the cold water and got the pool all for myself. The main bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was not so much, but it was more than okay for one night.

Although it wasn't perfect, the value for the price was Excellent!! And also a huge space!

Huge house! Extremely clean! Every little corner was super clean. Very comfortable. Nice outdoor table to eat breakfast.

The house is extremely clean which is good but they cleaned it close to our arrival and the room was full of odors. After 2 hr or so it was more fresh The was wifi but the signal in the suite was very weak. The bathtub, there was a leaking in the bathtub shower and also the stream was weak and hot water wasn't consistent

Superb

Very good value for money. It has exceeded my expectations. Well maintained, mostly clean, huge rooms, equipped kitchen, awesome swimming pool with side barriers to protect against the wind.... It has everything you need. Definitely, I'd really repeat again!

Looks nice but the owners attitude am cheapened the experience.

The view is lovely and the pub across the road is very welcoming and friendly. The owner of the property however lied straight to my face regarding the location and then continued to lie again to try and cover up her lie.

The location is listed on booking.com is basically not true. I chose this location based on the fact it said 5km from Valenca. The location is in fact almost double that. This cost me an additional fee in taxi costs and a lot of time the next day when hiking back to town. When I asked the owner about the 5km she continued to insist that the town was 5km away ( this is most likely some kind of municipal boundary ) . When I then asked her about the train station she insisted this was an additional 3 km as opposed to the actual 300 m from the centre of town. Also The WiFi does not work properly which resulted in problems for me driveling projects for my job as a digital nomad. I also incurred a wound on the top of my head from the entrance to the bathroom that had no warning signs and was extremely low. The staff were polite but the owner’s decision to lie to my face is just tragic and ruined my stay and my travel plans and the WiFi caused me issues with my job. There should be accurate j formation displayed regarding this property so people can make an honest and informed choice.

Superb

Very spacious for a small family, with a lovely swimming pool and views from the front. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to return if in the area. Some of the communal facilities were closed due to the health crisis, however we felt that the hygiene provision was very good.
