Good location if you are visiting Kolmanskop

Staff was missing. Security guy told us to come next day when we told him we had a booking. LOL He ended up giving us the key to our room. We had to look for the staff again in the morning for the checkout.

I'm thankful for welcoming me to your guest house :-) All in all, I had a great time in your town!

I liked the client services received from all the ladies at the restaurant and at the reception. They were all welcoming and friendly!

The toilet was not working and the tv was also not functioning. For those reasons, I only stayed for one day instead of two days. Will be great, if you also modernise your rooms considering your competitors in Luderitz.

it has become old, very poor breakfast, not clean room, no hot water for the first 30 minutes, no proper tap for face washing…

Convenient, Central and Accommodating

This a conveniently located place in the center of Luderitz. The WIFI was good, the breakfast good and bedroom nice. I liked it, as it was also value for money.

The bed was so hard I had trouble sleeping and upon consultation with colleagues, I found they had the same experience -- the beds need to be changed -- too hard!

Old and dinghy with alot of road noise.. very basic and very poor check in from reception

Everything there was an empty room or alcove off our bedroom with cots stored in it.the front door barely closed and was rotting and room freezing and damp
