..La descrizione della casa e dei servizi offerti è assolutamente falsa. Barbeque? INESISTENTE Calazione? MAI VISTA Prodotti da bagno, shampoo e bagnoschiuma? NON PERVENUTI!! Giardino? C ERA! PECCATO CHE FOSSE UNA DISCARICA A CIELO APERTO!!! Carta Igienica? UN ROTOLO PER 3 GIORNI IN 4 PERSONE. Aggiungo, pretesa che la casa venisse lasciata pulita senza la presenza in casa del minimo detersivo o detergente. Certo! Lo dovevo acquistare io come lo shampoo, il bagno schiuma, il Barbeque, e la carta igienica. Disponibilità dei proprietari pari a zero! Hanno attribuito a booking le colpe sulla descrizione non conforme alla realtà. Ah, per finire, vista mare? Scordatevela.. A meno che non vi vogliate arrampicare sull albero più vicino. Concludo con informare che manca qualsiasi tipo di refrigerio dato da aria condizionata o male andando un ventilatore. In un estate con quasi 40 gradi di regola doveva essere il minimo. Il resto della casa lascia comunque a desiderare... Sedie rotte, doccia e bidè intasati, stoviglie che puzzano di stantio quando ci sono, perché è presente meno del minimo indispensabile. Insomma..una vera e propria truffa!!!

Jedynym plusem jest widok z balkonu na morze

Bardzo utrudniony kontakt w właścicielem- opiekunem mieszkania, reakcja na wysłane pytania po kilku godzinach, musiałam pisać dodatkowo na whatsAppie bo na booking nie reagowała, brak informacji jak dostać się do mieszkania,nieprawdziwe informacje w ofercie, brak dzwiękoszczelności za ścianą kuchnia i łazienka sąsiadów więc odgłosy w pełni, bardzo słabe wi-fi, ofercie śniadanie a aby je zamówić musieliśmy przesłać skan oferty na whatsApp, bo Pani pisała że nie ma śniadań ,brak numeru budynku-lokalu a w okolicy co najmniej dwa takie same budynki jak na zdjęciu w ofercie gdyby nie miejscowi mieszkańcy na Panią czekalibyśmy do następnego dnia.

Nel complesso un bellissimo soggiorno.

Massima disponibilità della proprietaria, abitazione ampia e luminosa. Posizione ottima, in un borgo molto carino e ben fornito di tutti i servizi.

La casa avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento in più per la manutenzione, materasso e piastra di cottura da rinnovare a mio avviso

Great location

Strategic location to visit beaches along the northern coast. Parking right in front of the place. Basic though sufficient kitchen. Strong enough wifi even at the front yard.

Shower head could have been better. Toilet paper should be provided as advertised but we stayed in 3 people for 4 nights and got only one toilet paper. Not a big deal but these small things make you look away from many other good stuffs.

Cozy place

The hostess was very nice and helpful! The appartment with a balcony-very lovely. It was clean, well equiped and also very well located (we travelled by car and chose this place as convenient to explore beaches nearby and visit Stintino). I think it is a very good deal for this price. And you also get free wifi.

There was no air conditioner (I knew it before booking), but a wind at night made our stay enjoyable even at hot July. Also could not use the washing mashine because the fuses went of. But these are minor problems.

Excellent Stay in La Ciaccia

Very nice host. Big, spacious and very clean appartement. Very good Wifi, parking on site. I felt very welcome and would like to stay there again.

Very bad mattress, impossible to sleep on it, could feel every spring. I had to sleep in sofa.

Would definitely not recommend it

Nice views

The house is not comfortable at all and was not very clean - some plates and essential amenities were dirty and we had to clean them before using. The Wi-Fi was awful (we could only use it in the bedroom, with limited reach). Hosts were not approachable.

Great choice if you rent a car

The terrace is big, and the view to the seaside really nice. The whole studio was big, ideal for a family with 1-2 kids. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything you would need. Although there was no air conditioning, leaving both windows open was suffice when we stayed there. The furniture is quite old, but according to pictures nothing surprising. You will need a car to visit most beautiful beaches in the area.

The staff who did the check-in was speaking only Italian, was hard to communicate with him. Although there was a big public parking near the property, we had to park on the quite narrow street, as the spots were numbered, but not occupied.

You can watch the sunset from the window of the room, along with the sea and you can see partially the sea from the balcony. The apartment is comfortable and the hosts were welcoming.

It could be better equipped.
