Très bon emplacement mais un confort très en dessous de ce que l’on attendait

La situation géographique

Le lit très inconfortable , aucun accueil physique, pas de déco, le lavabo était bouché, la lampe au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas, la bouilloire ne peut pas se brancher sur aucune une prise.

Séjour parfait

Super expérience à Dolce Vita Suite. Des chambres spacieuses, propres, tres grande salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire fourni. Très bonne localisation, proche des restaurants, des boutiques du centre et de l’aéroport. Bon qualité prix.

Seul bémol mais non de la faute de l’hôtel: beaucoup de moustiques.

Hébergement parfait pour un séjour court ou long !

Contact très simple par téléphone. Emplacement parfait sur les quais et tout près du centre historique. Pas de petit déjeuner mais deux cafés au pied de l'immeuble. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Nous recommandons !

Camera in posizione molto comoda

La posizione è perfetta, sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi, che per parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze. Comodo anche il check in e i codici per entrare in camera. Inoltre è possibile fare colazione nel bar proprio accanto. Direttore della struttura molto disponibile e veloce nella risposta.

In bagno è presente muffa e umidità, e il letto è molto corto. Frigo bar senza bottiglietta d'acqua di accoglienza.

All arranged by the host very professionally. Entrance codes and everything texted us at the entry, dis not need to meet anyone. Great location otorite marina, Just 100 meters from old town.

Ottima posizione in Alghero

La posizione centrale, la pulizia, la vicinanza alla fermata del bus da/per aeroporto di Fertilia, ambiente caldo e accogliente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (mese di novembre), i codici di ingresso da usare se si arriva dopo le 21.00 rapidi e funzionali, la comunicazione con il responsabile puntuale e chiara. Lo consiglio.

La stanza non era molto grande ( adatta per un fine settimana, forse un po' meno per lunghi periodi) ma era l' ultima rimasta e sapevamo cosa aspettarci.

Excellent for a city vacation.

We thought when we booked we had a balcony. Also it was a little noisy around 6am in the morning when the people gathered from the disco etc for coffee underneath our window.

We are a family of 5, and we booked 2 rooms at this location. Upon arrival, one of the rooms stank of cigarettes, in the other room, the bed linen was dirty. At the same time we contacted the manager named Roberto, the answer we got from him was to open the window that the smell would come out, we pointed out to him that in the rooms they had a sign that said that smoking was prohibited, as well as in the booking reservation, he then he offered us a refund for only ONE of the rooms, however, we were with a family, inside they had a minor and an elderly person. Roberto was extremely harsh and rude. Given the circumstances, we decided to leave the hotel, since it was in really bad cleaning conditions, he then informed us that we could leave until 17:00, so we left quickly without using any "convenience" of that joint. It is worth noting that it was 43°C hot and we had about 1 hour to find another hotel for 5 people in very high season. After leaving the hotel, we continued the conversation with Roberto who insisted that the place was suitable and that he would refund us half the amount if we did not make any evaluations on the platforms, which did not only happen to us, because after going through all this we looked into another platform and already had some testimonials about it. We had already contacted booking, as we were not getting a hotel, when he found out, he blocked me on whatsapp and said that we would never get a refund again (p.s- in conversation he said that he managed to reallocate the room to new guests, so he won twice the value). Don't fall for this offer, it's not worth spending even 10 euros to stay in this place. It is better to stay on a bench in the square than in a dirty room in this place. (we added screenshots of our conversation so that everyone is aware of the treatment given to customers).

Perfect for a resonable priced stay. Location is fantastic oposite the Habour and historic center of Alghero

It was very central. All the check in procedures were done prior to travel . Just arrive enter your code and go to your room. Super!

Very good localization, in the port, clean, everything in the room, fridge, hairdryer, cosmetics, there is possibility to leave luggage earlier

Unfortunately downstairs are restaurants open till morning, it's very, very laud. I couldn't sleep.

Really amazing!

Utterly amazing location! Owner super helpful. Perfect! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Easy journey to and from airport by bus - stop in street behind the property.

Great location, comfortable room

Paper thin wall. I could hear people in the room next door breathing… Also very disturbing, in the shower there is a small window. On the other side of the window is a small room for the cleaning supplies. I could see through the window so this means they also could see me!! unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. Communication was not great, I asked two questions and felt like I was annoying them every time. No reception, all communication is done through WhatsApp. Cherry on the cake, I received a message from them asking me to rate them a 9 or higher… very unprofessional. I would not stay again.

the location itself was great, bed very comfy and room clean.

the main door was very noisy (you could literally hear anyone coming in and out the building).

Great staff and location, but loud

We never met the staff, but they were excellent. We arrived a day before we had booked and by phone and WhatsApp it was very easy to arrange an extra night in the same room. A lifesaver! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bars for breakfast are all around it. It's a stone throw from the historic center and there was a nice little park for walking our dog, who was allowed to stay with us! Excellent service and location!

The building is very loud. We were on the top floor, but we could hear the buzzer of the front door (which buzzes every time anybody enters) as if it was next to us. The stairs also echo and are amplified so it sounds like a herd of elephants are walking up or down every time. I want to apologize to the other guests there, because I'm sure our dog barking every time this happened didn't help. The building needs carpeting or something else to stop the echoing, and preferably also a different lock system that doesn't buzz loudly! Noise from the street or other rooms wasn't a problem.

Great location, close to all amenities, best restaurants, bus stop to the airport only around the corner and a delicious focaccia place just downstairs. We felt so spoiled! Spacious room, spotless clean, in a beautiful historical building. Staff were great and very helpful. After checkout we could leave our luggage in a safe room inside the building until it was time to go to the airport. It was great! Fresh towels provided daily. Highly recommended.
