Minor changes I would recommend but overall a great stay!

I loved the location of the hotel and proximity to everything. It is very pretty, clean, and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar was fantastic! The valet staff was very friendly and on their A game. I also loved that you could not get onto room floors unless your room was on that floor.

The restaurant while good was very pricey for what you are getting. We also booked a package that was supposed to include breakfast but later learned it is only $20/person/night credit you receive and the majority of items are over $20 so except to still pay out of pocket.

Location is good for the things we wanted to do that day.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very good experience.

The breakfast was good. I believe it was a little pricey. I was disappointed the shower would not operate properly. Very fancy and cool looking, but the button to switch from hand wand to shower head would not engage. So I had to take a hand wand shower. Difficult when using gel from a pump dispenser.

Tolle Lage im Art District Dallas, sehr modernes Hotel mit leichten Schwächen und sehr teuer

Tolle Lage, sehr modernes Styling, sehr tolles Fitness Center (inkl. Peloton Bikes), sehr schöner Rooftop-Pool, sichere Gegend, freundlicher Empfang, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer & kostenfreies Wasser.

Valet Parking mit 45 Dollar/Tag unverschämt teuer, leider wurde dieser Preis beim Checkin nicht genannt. Frühstück nur a la carte und extrem teuer (Beispiel: 1 Kaffee = 8 Dollar). Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer waren Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad. Kaffeekapseln wurden am nächsten Tag nicht aufgefüllt, man musste danach fragen (umständlich).

Seemed everything we asked for food wise they didn’t have . Very cold in restaurant. Staff not so friendly. Andrew the concierge was very friendly to my husband but just totally ignored me , felt invisible!

I like the responsiveness of staff

The restaurant's food taste and quality weren't comparable to its prices. Also, housekeeping staff attempted to enter the room at 8 am and again at 920am when checkout wasn't until noon. This disturbs clients, and if they struggle to fall back asleep, it reflects negatively on the establishment.

From the moment we made it to the hotel, we were treated with the upmost respect and courtesy! The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 10AM and even held our luggage for us after checkout while we went and at ate lunch before our flight left! The space is very clean and the location is literally perfect! All of the places we visited were literally less than 1 mile from the hotel and we only spent a total of $120 for Uber services during our 3 day stay! You literally cannot beat that! 10/10 recommend!!

It was short and sweet and quiet and relaxing.

I liked the view and the room decor. Breakfast was the best meal I had. The people that brought it were always friendly & food was delivered in a timely manner. It's was a short walk to the venue.

I didn't care for the food offered for lunch and dinner and it was overpriced for the amount. I didn't like the pillows.

Beautiful, well ran property. Close to all the ART events and nice restaurants. Great staff.

Beautifully curated hotel - gorgeous art everywhere - attention to detail was off the charts. High quality accommodations from the bed; bedding; bathroom and accessories, it was incredible! Beautiful bar area ; Fitness center was off the charts.

I thought the pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel and not really swimmable. More of a stand up and drink pool - which is what we observed.

Hello🤗 Ok, let's start off by saying YOUR STAFF IS AMAZING. Angelina was so helpful and attentive. I was not going to attend my friends 50th birthday staycation because there was an accident on my property the night before and I was sooo tired and stressed... My husband suggested I go and enjoy what was left of the weekend. I came in and shared this with Angelina and she said I will allow a food credit, which was great because all I really wanted was to sleep until our dinner reservation. Well... I got to the room and fell on the bed (SN, I would live there just to sleep in the beds😜).... I NEED a television to sleep, mine did not work, maintenance was called but it took over an hour, so I said no problem, I'll order room service. That took another couple of hours... I'm still up and we're at almost 5pm... I thie. Requested an Iron which did not arrive until almost 9:00 pm. I just expected better. Your hotel offers an AMAZING array of spectacular service and "things". Just make sure that it happens at check-in, DURING, and check-out. Best Wishes, Laketha Drummer (707)
