Eye-catching, with exceptionally stunning features throughout, this two bedroom, one bathroom plus powder room home is fully self-contained & has a distinctively modern design indicative of the luxury found both internally & externally.

This is a place where you can simply relax & unwind & listen only to the orchestra of nature that's literally outside your door.

The balcony equipped with BBQ & outdoor setting is the ideal place to cook your catch of the day, while relaxing with a delectable local wine. Gaze out to see the lights of Busselton in distance at night or in the day glimpse the yachts sailing across the azure waters of Geographe Bay.

Leading down a short rung of timber stairs from the living are two spacious bedrooms each with built in robes, 1 bedroom has a queen bed, the other a King Bed that can be split into single beds, & wall mounted television.

The beautifully appointed bathroom boasting double size shower, deep bath, vanity & quality fittings that add the finishing touch is located between the two bedrooms along with the powder room. The laundry is brilliantly located in the hallway with storage cupboard, washing machine, dryer & sink.

This tranquil & modern home is in a great location, bordering a Reserve & is just an easy walk through treed pathways to the heart of Dunsborough.

a decent place for a short stay. location is great. found out on arrival that the place only had 1 bathroom. was advertised as 2 bathroom on the main page which on hindsight contradicted with the detailed description.

We had a wonderful stay in our villa. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The only very minor negative was that we found the driveway to the property difficult to find on Caves Road. Signs on the road coming up to the property from both directions would be very helpful in identifying where the entry to the villas is located. Overall we were very pleased with our villa and would stay again and recommend to others.

One of our favourite villas so far. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the deck, the view is stunning. The villa was comfortable and didn't lack anything. It was also very clean. Will definitely be back.

Perfect base for Naturaliste

This little place was perfect for our long weekend girls trip. Close to dunsbourough, cape naturaliste and the Margaret river wine region. The house was simple and comfortable for four people, it might be too small for any more people, especially as it's quite noisy and not well insulated. But for us it was perfect. If you're looking for a very quiet remote place this probably won't suit, but as a base for exploring tips beautiful region it is great value and can't be beaten! I would definitely stay here again

Thank you so much for the most amazing stay!!! Easy walk to Dunsborough and to Clancys Fish Pub! So nice and clean and I think the best situated Villa at Cape Villas! Everything you could think of has been provided!! Our time here couldnt have better - just magical! :)
