Even though my son ended sick, we liked the place and would stay again!

Loved the location and the view.

The king bed down stairs wasn’t comfortable and seemed worn.

Location

Neighbors upstairs, heavy walkers back and forth, washing clothes 3-4 times a day(only 2people up there), who ever installed the room vents they need to flow into the room not to the walls or windows. A/C temp lock is very uncomfortable. No screens on sliding doors so can't keep those open for a breeze

There were roaches in multiple areas of the home, especially in the kitchen cabinets. I called to have them come spray, they came and sprayed the cabinets which required us to wash all the dishes in the cabinet before we used them each time. They also didn't leave the pool card or pool chairs they advertises in the ad.

Nice villa. Good location. Loved the pool. Kitchen was nice with lots of dishes and pans, etc.

Mattress wasn't real comfortable. Might need replacing and dining room chairs could use cushions as the padding is non existing.

was clean and accommodating. great location. pool was very nice, and close to the villa. parking was great, and access to the villa was easily accessible.

furnishings showed wear, walls needed a paint job. there were some cockroaches in the oven. washer didn’t work and so we had to go to laundromat during our trip which was a pain.

I recommend this rental to anyone looking to vacation in the coligny beach area.

The was located close to the beach, very private and the neighbors were friendly and quiet. Access to the beach via bicycle/walking is easy from this location. The overall look and feel of the property and pool area were very nice.

The washing machine has an issue with the spin cycle causing the laundry to be extremely wet and making the drying cycle need to be ran several times for each load. This was the only issue we had during our stay everything else was perfect.

Superb

The property was just like a home away from home. It had everything that we needed from entertainment to cooking equipment Dow to a pair of scissors. I was very impressed and would definitely stay again.

The only negative was that it was the first floor and there was a family with young children above us. There was a lot of running, bumping, and knocking.

Springwood Villas

Location and proximity to beach, restaurants, activities. Pool on site was very nice. Bedrooms were very nice-sized.

Minor things that didn't impact our stay. The AC unit was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed quickly. The washer needs repair and floors under/behind furniture was very dirty.

Seems like the property was not taken care of. Due to the infestation of roaches and service.

Location to the beach

Not enough towels were provided for all guests. No sheets were provided. 2 of the beds were broken. Infestation roaches were found in the kitchen and trash. Some were found in clothing after leaving property.

Very disappointed with the place for the amount spent.

Outside was in poor shape. Old dressers outside. No grill. Pool dirty, cold. Are in back was once filled with water. Was empty with weeds. Dryer in place did not work. Whistled loudly.

Just wasn't satisfied with the condo.

We didn't get breakfast

5 ladies staying in one condo and we didn't have an hair dryer.. There was only one shower door up in both bathrooms... Therefore our stuff got wet and the floor got soaked. The hot water ran out after one shower. I reported it by texting but no response. Would not recommend to friends or family. The location was pretty good and the room was clean..

This was the worst!!

The location and amenities where acceptable.

The villa had a pest problem and I complained yet that went ignored! Also I was tricked, photo boomed…I originally clicked on a 3bedroom Villa but was sold a 2bedroom Villa with a roaches and other bug investigation. I will never book this type of Villa from you guys again! This was the worst!!!

Our stay was pleasant and we had pretty much everything we needed.

Overall, the property was fine. Would have liked to have more info about unit prior to visit - e.g., how many bedrooms and baths, was the sofa the queen bed, parking, how to get into pool.... Unit was nicely furnished and everything in working order.

As mentioned above, would have liked more details. No major objections.

It was a decent place, however….

Our unit was NOT the unit in the pictures. Ours had a completely different layout, smaller kitchen and different floors, furnishings and bathrooms. It was a descent place thought except it was very difficult to get the sliding glass door open. We also found one dead and one live cockroach in the kitchen. The three beds in one bedroom squeaked every time you moved. It was clean and comfortable for the most part and I would stay there again but not at that price.
