Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise und zur Weiterfahrt mit der Fähre ab Toulon gut geeignet. Ein längerer Urlaub k

Praktischer Check-Inn für Spätanreisende, ausreichend Parplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Der Pool wurde leider gerade saniert, konnte also nicht genutzt werden. Das war sehr schade, denn das war einer mein Hauptgründe meiner Buchung im Sommer.

Un super séjour, à refaire l’an prochain

Tout est super ! Le complexe est très bien situé, à proximité de nombreuses plage, de commerce, de centre touristique et d’espaces vert (bois de la Coudoulière et parc de la Méditerranée). De plus tout le personnel ainsi que la directrice sont d’une gentillesse infinie. Les appartements sont bien équipé et beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos.

Malheureusement, nous sommes arrivé à une période où la piscine était en travaux. Les matelas sont vraiment durs …

Super emplacement mais entretien qui laisse clairement à désirer

L'emplacement est bon pas très loin de la mer à pied l'appartement est globalement grand notamment les pièces de vie il y a un parking souterrain pratique avec un ascenseur la résidence dans l'ensemble n'est pas trop grande et une piscine que nous n' avons pas pu utiliser mais cela doit être sympa

Clairement pas de propreté, l'appartement était sale et il est mal entretenu depuis longtemps il a fallu faire une heure de ménage en arrivant refaire la terrasse les toilettes la salle de bain le frigo les couettes sont douteuses les sols pas lavés avec des cheveux partout bref une mauvaise surprise en arrivant par ailleurs le personnel est peu présent assez peu convivial globalement c'est une résidence qui est très bien placée qui pourrait être super mais qui manque clairement d'entretien et c'est vraiment dommage

We enjoyed our stay and felt we had everything we need.

The apartment was value for money for our expectations. It was a spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We made it a home for the week we had there.

The apartment could do with some renovations. It lacks in love of the furnishings and maintenance. Could do with a new dining table and maintenance repairs like bulbs out. These things should all be working upon arrival.

The worst stay that is booked so far

Only the location

We were completely disappointed with the accommodations. The whole hotel was in bad condition, without paint on the outside and as abandoned, the room was no exception. Poorly laid out, the sofa bed mattresses were old and super uncomfortable, the double bed had a hard mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and it did not have all the necessary kitchen utensils, there was no coffee maker, nor to heat the water. Incidentally, the water service was cut off and we were left without water for several minutes, without warning. The bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist. We left the hotel a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT The hotel was assigned 4 stars. I don't know which blind person gave it that rating. We would not have given it 4 negative stars.

Slightly odd place, probably better for longer stay rather than one night

Large bathroom (larger than the bedroom alcove). Well stocked kitchen. Good sized communal area and balcony

It was a bit of an odd place. Reception closed at 5, which feels very early for a hotel (and about a dozen guests, including me, had not yet arrived, judging by envelopes/keys left). Pool was empty and not useable (it was mid April, so early season). Kettle seemed to have been cleaned with vingar which meant (a) water boiler was vile and undrinkable and wasted, and (b) when it boiled it semi exploded and spurted hot water everywhere instead of turning itself off. 'Bedroom' also felt almost like an after-thought: a bed put in alcove by front door, with no power point or TV

Pool area was nice.

Hard bed, lousy air change (no air conditioning), Difficult reception times and every extra call/request seemed to cost additional (no reception on sundays), Bathroom smelled like mold and ventilation pipes probably hadn't been cleaned for years. I might have gotten bit by bed bugs as well but the staff told it was mosqitoes.. not sure about that. Windows hadn't been oiled so if you kept windows open they squeeked (couldn't get sleep because of it). We payed for 5 days but stayed only one, didn't get our money back.

Terrible experience - left after 1 night

Quiet surroundings.

Room and the terrace was so dirty. Towels, untensils were dirty. On top of this there is no air conditioning in the rooms. So you have to open the windows and terrace door. The window of the bedroom was opened directly to the corridor where a lot of people were walking. On the terrace door geccos comes in and runs across the walls. The entrace door was not closeable from inside. We left after the first night.

Our stay was very short just 2 nights but we liked the area and enjoyed the pool.

We liked the pool and the short walk to a beautiful beach. There is a male member of staff who was very helpful on check in and took time to tell us a little about the area.

I feel the appartments could be cleaned better especially the floors. I understand the summer season is very busy but we only got sheets and towels for one room so we had to look for more sheets and towels for our party from the very helpful member of staff.

Nice clean swimming pool.

Double bed bit small. No air condition in rooms which is very bad in summer. The flat gets very hot and in the night time when you keep your windows open then you get eaten by mosquitoes. Outside balcony was very dirty.

No luxury, little service, but great location

The location was good, walking distance (10 min) to a beach and small shops, two restaurants, one bar. It was quiet, located in what used to be a forest. A large Terrasse to the West was a plus. The breakfast was pick-up only, quality ok, little choice, just a French petit dejeuner.

The place was in a bad state of repair and the floors, bathroom, toilet, cupboards, even the silverware in the kitchenette, were not clean. Looked as if there was minimal cleaning after the previous party had moved out, only the toilet and wash basin, bathtub had been cleaned obviously. Linen and towels were fresh, though. Terrasse was full of sand from the previous guests, presumably. Another issue was the rare chance to find someone at reception, hours were reduced to a minimum. Breakfast was only available after 9:00 a.m. shortening the precious day.

Not much, it was a worn down place.

Almost nothing. Worn down place, very noisy garden was dreadful maintained or better not maintained, dirty room and most important No Airconditioning, starving hot. For 192,- euro per night an absolute bad value for money.
