Werde in Weinheim das Hotel vermutlich nicht mehr buchen!

Veraltete Ausstattung speziell Badezimmer! Keine Dusche sondern alte Badewanne! Für ältere Leute sind die hohen Ränder beim Ein/ Ausstieg kaum zu überwinden.. Keine E Auto Ladestation ! Ladestation öffentlich in etwa 500 Meter Entfernung AC ! Wird von normalen Autos meistens zugeparkt!

Not the best option for Weinheim

Location

The beds were really uncomfortable and I had a really hard time sleeping. There was no A/C and only a ventilator was available. Parking cost was excesive and unnecessary because I could have parked for free outside of the facilities.

Ohne das Pech mit dem Brandalarm wäre es ein entspannter Aufenthalt gewesen.

Angemessene Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Nett war auch, dass man sich auf dem Zimmer Kaffee oder Tee kochen konnte. Das Frühstück war hochpreisig, aber auch hochwertig.

Gar nicht nett war der Brandalarm (Fehlalarm) mitten in der Nacht gegen 3 Uhr. Hierfür kann das Hotel nichts, jedoch war es kein Spaß, mitten in der Nacht eine halbe Stunde vor dem Hotel im Regen zu stehen, ohne zu wissen, was eigentlich los ist und wie es weitergeht. Ein wenig Krisenmanagement hätte ich schon erwartet bei einem Hotel dieser Größenordnung mit einer rund um die Uhr besetzten Rezeption.

Zimmer TOP ! Frühstück TOP ! Preis OK! Lage OK !

Reichhaltiges Frühstück , alles Tipp Topp schneller Service es wurde immer wieder alles schnell aufgefüllt. Man kann sich raussuchen ob man jeden Tag eine vollständige Zimmerreinigung unbedingt braucht oder nicht.

Betten waren sehr hart und hoch und die Decken zu dick, das Kissen zu klein . Bei 30 Grad schwitzt man da im Bett. Leider war es insgesamt im Hotel auch sehr warm dank vieler Verglasung

Unangenehme Überraschung

Freundliche Begrüßung bei Einchecken, Frau Schmidt!

Beim Frühstück abgezockt! Wir haben abends nach dem Preis für das Frühstück gefragt und den Preis genannt bekommen, den uns das Hotel auch per Mail angeboten hatte (Frühstück ist nicht inkludiert), am nächsten Morgen gab es die unangenehme Überraschung: das Hotel hat deutlich mehr berechnet als angeboten. Auch auf die gezielte Ansprache wurde nicht regiert. Das Frühstück selbst war maximal ausreichend, der Fruchtsalat war durchweg geschmacklich nicht mehr akzeptabel, die Müslizutaten waren teils auch älter, der Cappuccino aus der einen von 2 Maschinen war schlecht. Von einer angenehmen wohnlichen Atmosphäre im Frühstücksbereich kann man nicht ausgehen, alles sehr nüchtern. Die Matratzen sind hart! Das Gastpublikum war eher im Bereich Handwerk / Monteure (Osteuropa) angesiedelt, die Ausstattung entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel! 109 EUR Übernachtungskosten ohne Frühstück sind zuviel, besser etwas mehr ausgeben und deutlich bessern Übernachten.

Never staying there again. No AC in the room.

Location. Friendly staff in breakfast room.

International Travelers BEWARE! No AC in the room! Too hot! Pillow was lumpy and not supporting. Rooms are a tad on the smaller side. Filthy large stain under the sink (should've taken a pic). All the juices (and the water!) didn't taste good at all. On our way back we stayed in NH Viernheim/Mannheim (not too far off) which had AC in the (larger) rooms and a better location (next to shopping mall). At checkout when mentioning the non-existing AC to staff, I was rudely answered that is was stated on their website!? Very unprofessional.

There are something about the stay over night can be share : 1. The price is very fare . 2. They will book in your credit extra 50 euro for security reasons although I am already there . 3. Wifi Internet is very weak , only when you pay , the signal can be better . 4. There are a lot of options you can find in the breakfast buffet , per person cost 18 euro. 5. Parking is 5 Euro everyday. 6. Inside the room you still can hear noise from street . 7. The price of Mini bar in the room is a overprice ( 4 times more than normal ). 8. The restaurant offer only 4 food on the menu, finally we go out for dinner.

Very good

The room was was nice, roomy and clean. Bathroom was a nice size and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was super, there was absolutely everything available. We enjoyed our stay.

I didn't really enjoy the surroundings as its rather far from old town and restaurants (although there is one at the hotel).
