It was a mistake on my part to stay here.

Shower had nice cold water to stay cool

Find another hotel! This place needs updating. The rooms have no ventilation and NO AIR CONDITIONING. If you leave the window open for a bit of air, the bugs will eat you alive. The green area doesn’t allow for a breeze. No desk personnel after 2100hrs so hopefully you don’t need anything. No refrigerator, no iron, very basic hotel considering the price. Again, please listen to me when I tell you to find another place to stay. I would’ve like to stay at Pentahotel (now hotel berlin) but they were booked so I had to settle on this dump.

Very good

The rooms were very clean. They provided a baby crib free of charge. The hotel is located in a very quiet area which was a huge plus for us. There is a nice restaurant located on the premises.

There was no iron or fridge in the room. We traveled with a baby, so it would have been helpful to store his food. We were asked to pay for parking, but no one monitored it, so we needed to unpack our entire car just for a one night stay. You need to bring your own toiletries.

Great place to stay

Staff helped us get a family room for an extra night when we arrived a day too soon.All staff we emcountered were excellent.

Two beds were folding stretcher beds for 2 adults. Quite comfortable for me as a 6 ft 8 inch man. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. We are from Australia and its normal for this to be abailable in any accommodation.

We chose this hotel as it was reasonably close to the airport and we only arrived in the evening and left early morning.

Superb

Old style hotel, feels like it has an old story about. It was wery clean and comfortable.

There is a problem in Germany with prices, they are too high and this hotel is not exception. It would be nice if in price was included the breakfast

Terrible experience with the receptionist

Close to the airport, good beer at the restaurant, friendly staff at the restaurant

Terrible experience this morning at reception. The lady in the picture was unable to call a taxi simply because our 3 year old kids were crying. She refused to help us, and she finally call a taxi only when I started filming her. She also refused to call her manager. We got some help from the staff at the restaurant. The other guests were in shock and very supportive. The lady also threatened us to call the police.

Super experience

Service of Frau Kraus (or Krause?) was beyond belief. Very nice to help out with an extra room when an extra guest presented itself unexpectedly at the reception desk!

Plastic protection sheet on the matress... I hate that.

Helpful and friendly staff.

I booked the hotel as I liked the look of the bar/restaurant. Unfortunately, it was closed on Sundays. Perhaps I didn't read it in the description? However, the gentlemen at reception recommended an Italian close by which was excellent! Thx again.

Superb

We chose the hotel to be close to the airport, yet I wanted something in Nature. there was a wonderful walk to the river through a forest, and afterwards the dinner was excellent! very much enjoyed the design of the place as well.

Nice and cosy with very kind staff

Nice rooms with good beds. Cosy restaurant with good breakfast. The staff was very helpful when we needed help to get a doctor for our son. Close by is a beautiful lake with beach and all you need.

Nice hotel with the atmosphere. Good restaurant. Good value for money.

Main bedroom was without windows, no ventilation or air conditioning - sleeping was not very comfortable.

Good and comfortable hotel for a short stay.

cozy atmosphere, kind personnel at reception, cute restaurant, good breakfast, spacy room with walk-in closet

Checkout at 10:00 AM is somewhat early, no hairdryer (!), too soft pillows, quite noisy train (?) passing regularly also during the night

All fine, very pleasant and modern hotel not very from Berlin, nice and stylish reastaurant Dittmann´s Drogerie for breakfast and dinner, nice staff.
