Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder!

Ankunft und Check-In verliefen einfach und komplikationslos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Hotel war von der U-Bahn in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen.

Sehr solider Aufenthalt.

Hilfsbereite, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Großzügiger Frühstücksbereich. Ruhige Zimmer.

Die Brotauswahl war zu gering. Die Brötchen waren nur aufgebacken und nicht frisch.

Ereignisreiches Konzertwochenende in Berlin

Verkehrstechnisch super am Gesundbrunnen gelegen, internationale Nachbarschaft mit gutem türkischem Café am Eck und lang geöffneter Dönerbude am Bahnhof. Dort auch Supermärkte und alles, was man sonst so braucht, Mit S- U- oder Regionalbahn fix in der Stadt oder am Hbf.

Der Park gegenüber des Hotels ist am Abend keine Aufenthaltsort, da er den Menschen, die sich dort aufhalten auch als sanitäre Einrichtung dient ... Das Doppelbett hatte nur eine Bettdecke - sooo international muss es dann auch nicht sein, (Zimmerwechsel war jedoch problemlos möglich)

Nice room, excellent breakfast buffet, spacious , light lobby. Easy walk to nearby U-Bahn station.

No English-speaking channels were working on our TV despite showing on the channel list.

Don’t book this hotel

The breakfast was okay, but for nearly 25€ per person its way to much, the buns werent there, even tho people asked several times. Everytime somebody said „yeah in the next 5 mins“ but nothing came. Our suite was also okay, but for the price I expected more.

Nearly everything, we called the reception several times at night and nobody picked up. Then I went downstairs just to see that everyone from the night staff was there. Theres black mold in the bathroom and the beds are very uncomfortable, we had a 2 room suite, the couch was very loud and it was more like a couch to sleep on rather than sit on. The windows were also very dirty. The night staff also looks at you weird without saying anything. I never got treated like this in a Hostel.

Es war sehr amüsant!😁

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Und die Lage vor allem war so perfekt. Ich würde immer wieder dort hinkommen.😄

Das das Hotel direkt am Park ist:( aber ansonsten alles gut.

Ich war zufrieden

Die Zimmer Ausstattung.

Beim ersten Tag wollte ich duschen am Abend und dann ist das Licht ausgegangen und das Wasser ging nicht. Ich musste direkt nachdem ich angekommen bin wieder zur Rezeption. Aber ich bekam einen Zimmer der wieder gut war.

Worst housekeeping ever. They did not clean the bathroom or the floor properly, they didnt make the bed, etc. Even a low class hostel does a better housekeeping.

Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet.

U-bahn und S-Bahn schnell erreichbar; mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Suite war groß und sauber. Der Fitnessraum war klein, aber mit guter Aussicht.

Sehr lauter Straßenverkehr.

Best hotel we stayed in on our trip. Highly recommend, especially if it’s your first time here.

Our room was upgraded for free. 5 minutes away from a major metro station. Staff was amazing especially Izabella.

Elevator was slow, but they’re really nice mirrors inside.

Very bad experience!

Location

Wash room commode set in less than 2 feet space. Can’t seat even ! This is nonsense job did. How come it designed??? Air condition was not working and it’s took 2 days to call electrician I will never book further in such a poor sense of property. Some front desk employees are not listening. Some are definitely good.

Had the best time with the best people in a beautiful hotel

Hotel was modern and exceptionally clean . Lovely atmosphere from the minute you walk in. Bed was comfortable. Short walk to train station. All staff were very helpful. Especially loved Barbara . What a lovely woman. Llooking forward to going back again.

Five minutes from the subway, very comfortable bed

Very comfortable room; neighbourhood felt very safe, laundromat and restaurants nearby, though nothing fancy. Train and subway were 5 minutes away. Staff was very friendly (though clearly overworked). Bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We got a deal on the price because we booked many months in advance, otherwise this might have been a less good deal.

TV did not connect to our device as it was meant to; first room we had had a leak in the ceiling and then a broken toilet (they gave us a new room), elevator was finicky (buttons did not always work). The neighbourhood was great however it was not right next door to any of the attractions we wanted to see, so we did need to take public transit to get everywhere, which was not a problem, just that it is central but not *that* central. The first room we had seemed sound proof but the second room was right beside the work closet where they keep cleaning supplies, etc. so we were woken by the door opening and closing in the morning (though we sleep late, so not a problem for everyone).

Good choice of stay in Berlin for 2 nights

the location - very close to the gesundbrunn metro station and all places to visit in berlin are under the 3-5mile radius and easily accessible by public transportation rooms are spacious, well maintained

breakfast - more hot foods would have been a plus

Treat your staff better

I liked everything about the hotel

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice male receptionist who spoke very little English and when asked questions he answered that " he knows nothing because he is new" (he just needs more confidence and learn not to say that he doesn't know anything) In the restaurant there was a situation where there was 1 waiter and one cashier/barista attending 20 people ,people received their orders incomplete,many waited for their food and ended canceling their orders or where not served at all and walked away from the restaurant, I waited 1 hour for a piece of Tiramisu cake!!! I do not blame the personel working that shift, but the hotel management ...the audacity to have only 2 people working the shift and overworking them is disgusting !( you could see the panic and exhaustion in their faces). Other than that it was a nice place and I would book again

Generally saying was good 👍

I can say that I really like the property was clean and stuff was amazing, I got an excellent help and service from early morning on the canteen side. You can experience exactly what you can see on the pictures of your room with small surprises prepared by hotel. I loved the gummy bears. Thank you!

I know it’s the circumstances issue but when we arrived late evening there was no space in lobby and around the bar as we were there on the same time as the big tour and we couldn’t open windows as there was a bit too loud as some people were on the terrace. The glass door to the bathroom maybe not the most comfortable solution in my opinion. Lack of information about the deposit after prepaid for my stay. I was charged at the reception but not sure for how long if the deposit will be returned what I understand by definition of the word but we have already 1 week after my visit and no information, no return on my account.

Just OK

Ahmed checked us in and he was wonderful and really helped us with navigation when we arrived. Very close to the S bahn. It was also nice to be in a local neighborhood in Berlin.

The location was ok - it was a little further out of the city than I expected, but I also didn't appreciate how big Berlin was prior to coming. I thought breakfast was VERY expensive for what it was - I would skip and go to a local restaurant instead. Outside the hotel was very loud - we woke up one day to music blasting and it seemed to be coming from the restaurant. The bed was also not that comfortable. I would stay here again, but would ask for a room on a higher floor.
