Досить приємний готель

Дуже привітний персонал і в усьому допомогли нам, смачно, гарний хол, безкоштовно дали пляшки, неймовірно гарний пляж прямо через дорогу. Трошки далеко пішки до водного транспорту, щоб доїхати до Венеції. Але недалеко є зупинка автобусу, лише 5 хв їхати.

Great location if you enjoy good old school hospitality, far from the turist traps.

The place is a perfect location to visit Lido, walking distance to the beach and ferry station, but the bus stop is also very close. You can rent bikes and the staff is always present and ready to help you - preparing huge and tasty Aperol Spritz btw! Everything was great, we will definitely come back here. And definitely listen to their advice on eating at Tizziano!

Annoying attitud

I was unhappy with the room I received. The bathroom door was made of glass, it didn't isolate the noise, it creaked, the shower had no wall or curtain and the whole bathroom was full of water after you used it. The toilet bowl was mounted too high, very uncomfortable. Breakfast should be varied. They charged me an unreasonable amount and when I asked for a recalculation, they promised me that on the next booking I would have a special price, without refunding my money. I kept writing to them to resolve the situation, they blamed Booking for no reason. , then they ignored me badly. I will not return and do not recommend them.

MN couple in 50's

The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were delayed many hours by flights. They were quick to email back. The Breakfast was wonderful every morning and so fresh, we loved everything,The Beach is right across the street, and everything is accessible to walk to. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a place that is not huge & bustling with people

Definitely a No-No!

It was clean.

Accommodations was a really bad experience for us. Even if the room was recently refurbished, the mattress was very uncomfortable and not the right size for the bed. It was not possible to open the door to a little “terrace”, because of the bedside. Our room was on the ground floor. In front of one of the windows, there was a garbage bin, in front of the other some building materials. The bathroom had no holder for the toilet paper or towel rack, no hangers and….no door to the shower cabin. Water was coming out from under the shower tub also. Stuff answered politely and smiling that they are aware of all this, but…there was always a but (the guests before us broke the shower door etc) There are tennis courts right beside the hotel, all you hear all day long is the game, even with closed windows. Also pics presented on booking are not accurate, starting with the one for the main entrance. Breakfast was poor.

Well located property, somewhat outdated and with limited services.

The location.

Staff was mixed with some friendly and some quite unfriendly members. For several days of hot weather the hotel did not turn on air conditioning.

Superb

Staff was really helpful and friendly. By bus you are in the vaporetto stop for Venice in 5 minutes. The free beach is 10 min walk. Breakfast is fair. We were on the ground floor and had a small place to sit out in the garden which was really comfy.

We could do with an airer to put the towels, swimsuits out to dry. Plastic 'grass' in the small patio.

Tiny.

I went for a single room since I needed to spend some time alone. I regret that decision. the bed was so tiny, I felt like I was at camp. Moreover, it was beyond uncomfortable. I’ll have to go with the word “tiny” again to describe the size of the room. TINY. I asked for them not to clean the room since I was staying for just the 2 nights and my suitcase was open on the floor, right next to the bed since there’s no room. I knew all the dust will settle in the suitcase cause there’s just no other way. they cleaned it anyway. the staff was pleasant.

Superb

The staff was kind and helpful. They waited for us to do the check-in when our transport was a bit delayed. The room was big and had access to a small terrace (we couldn't use it because it was raining, but it was nice).

Feeling good

Clean room, caring service, smiling, nice music in the hall. Located near the beach, not very far from Pelestrina. Transportation is convinient. Breakfast with home made pie was delicious. Water in the shower is hot, facilities was enough for our 44 hours. I really liked the room design, high ceilings, clean and white walls, perfect minimalism.

Our room was on 0 floor, balcony opens to the fence and it was dark and dampness in the room. The floor was cold. But there also many blankets so that was not cold to sleep. Would be good to have home shoes with you, should be enough..

Lovely on the Lido

We loved our spacious and comfortable room, overlooking the sea front and the tennis club. Such friendly staff and great to be on the Lido.

A bit of a journey from the centre of Venice, but the water/local vyses are excellent.

It is a beautifully located venue, very clean and stylish. It is located just 30 meters from the beach. breakfasts are intriguing and the general vibe is in art nouveau style

Calm , clean , friendly staff

The hotel was calm and clean , the staff are friendly and the breakfast was good in comparing the price , good value of Money with a good situation , we had small room but it had a beautiful terrace with a tennis club view .

More variety in the breakfast will be butter , coffee machine not accessible for the clients , the room was small with old furniture but still good for its price .
