Déception et personnel peu aimable

Nous allons depuis de nombreuses années dans cet hôtel et étions contents mais cette année …déception

Le personnel,pas aimable du tout,surtout à la réception Et surtout ,le parking inondé , Difficulté à faire le code d entrée car une grosse flaque d eau empêchait de s approcher et en plus le terrain était un champ de boue très glissant . Malgré notre signalement de ce problème ,rien n a été changé et avons dù nous tremper les pieds afin de récupérer notre voiture et…avons payé à totalité de ce parking NOUS NE RETOURNERONS plus dans cet hôtel

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Hotel direkt am See gelegen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Zimmergröße und Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Heizung im Badezimmer konnte nicht wärmer gestellt werden - es hätte ruhig etwas wärmer sein können. Die elektrische Bedienung der Dachflächenfenster funktionierte nicht einwandfrei.

Non fidarsi troppo di recensioni super positive o esagerate

Solo la posizione x i traghetti x le isole

Mi chiedo chi assegna la stanza e con quale criterio. Sono stata confinata in una stanza fredda e buia con i portelloni sempre chiusi anche al mio arrivo. Due finestre una in ogni angolo di una struttura che confina con dei brutti vicoli pedonali, altro che lago, altro che facciata imponente Ho le foto di tutto dei mobili scatolati, dei cuscini a piastra duri come il materasso, due lenzuola umide che contenevano un piumino sottile. Avevo chiesto una coperta e mi è stato dato una copertina x letto singolo (mio è matrimoniale) molto feltrita proprio come un tappetto forse x un cane. Nel bagno i detergenti erano bloccati alla base, nessun omaggio di cortesia. La colazione scadente tutto ogni giorno lo stesso: yogurt bianco e alla frutta color rosa su una ciotola grande col mestolino scoperto, cornetti mignon e dolci non di pasticceria. Succo d'arancia come acqua colorata senza gusto e senza arancia. Dalla sala x le colazioni x andare al buffet c'erano due/tre scalini e soprattutto un via e vai di persone col piattino tremolante scendevano e salivano quasi a scontrarsi. Tanti turisti che riempivano la stanza. Io che volevo un cappuccino avevo chiesto la cortesia a un cameriere di colore con un gruppo in testa di treccioline ossigenate e lui mi aveva risposto che me lo insegnava ma poi me l'ha preparato. Un giorno sempre x la colazione un altro cameriere mi ha fatto alzare dalla stanza x la cena (dove già c'era una coppia) x scendere giù nella stanza piena di stranieri con i soliti scalini molto faticosi per me che ho 75 anni con ginocchio dolorante) Una cosa da dire che il ristorante con lo chef... non esisteva chiuso! La mia stanza non è da stelle neanche una così triste, fredda ma soprattutto umida.

Colazione super, posizione molto comoda direttamente sul lago, possibilità di parcheggio a 5 euro al giorno nelle vicinanze

Wireless prende male ma lì dipende anche dalla posizione vicino al lago; per il resto ok

Tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, nette Leute, toller Service.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, es gibt mehrere Lokale und Restaurants in unmittelberer Nachbarschaft. Der Bootsanleger befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Alles andere ist bequem Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Assez bien pour un week-end

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable, produits à disposition pour douche etc... petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel bien placé à proximité du départ pour les bateaux qui vont sur les îles et de nombreux restaurants mais pour le gros shopping c'est un peu plus loin.

Nous avions demandé une chambre le plus au calme possible mais nous étions au début du couloir avec du passage et près de l'ascenseur. Il est noté insonorisation mais il n'y a rien d'insonorisé dans cet hôtel.

Ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Uns hat auch die ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider hatten wir ein Mansarden-Zimmer mit ganz kleinen Fenstern am Fußbereich und Dachfenster, die wir nicht öffnen konnten wegen der Hitze. Zum Glück hatten wir eine Klimaanlage aber es war nicht komfortabel im dunklen Zimmer zu sein ohne Ausblick nach draußen. Unsere Wäsche, die wir am Ankunftstag aufgehängt haben waren 2 Tage später immer noch nicht trocken.

המלון נמצא על הטיילת מול האגם, הוא די וותיק אך נעים ונוח, במלון פועל מיזוג אויר עוצמתי בחדר מה שקריטי בסוף יולי 24 שחם מאד, בחוץ כ 34 מעלות, ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, צוות הקבלה נעים ועוזר, חדר מאד מרווח, חדר רחצה ענק. חניה בתשלום 5 יורו במרחק דקות הליכה.

להוסיף פרטי מאכל בארוחת הבוקר.

Zimmer Super, Frühstück schlecht

Schön grosse Zimmer. Direkt am See.

Das Frühstück war schlecht. Ein riesen Chaos. Vieles hat gefehlt. Personal war total überfordert. Wenig Auswahl. Andere Geste haben schon angefangen die Tische selbst abzuräumen weil das Personal einfach nicht da war. Sehr Enttäuschend.

bin diesmal sehr enttäuscht vom San Gottardo, sonst waren wir immer im Belvedere. Gut ist immer noch die Lage

Die Betten im San Gottardo sind knüppelhart gewesen. Furchtbar. Das San Gottardo ist auch extrem hellhörig. Man hört sehr gut was der Zimmernachbar im Bad macht. Auch wurde im Frühstücksraum eine neue Kaffemaschine aufgestellt, die nicht mal einen einfachen Kaffe hinbekommt. Für ein normalen Kaffe sollte ich 3x Espresso lang drücken. Gut, ich war dann den ganzen Tag wach. Ausserdem entstand so schnell eine Schlange vorm Automaten, der Platz ist da ja so schon begrenzt am Buffet. Sonst wurde ja immer ein Kännchen Kaffe serviert. diesmal aber leider nicht mehr. Am Rührei wurde ebenfalls gespart. Beim Nachfüllen kam nur noch dieses Pulver-/ Kunstrührei. Schrecklich. Hab ich hier noch nie erlebt. Der Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer war auch kaputt. Sehr enttäuschend diesmal.

Wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon

Traumhafte Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick vom Zimmer mit Balkon. Bequeme Betten und sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück lecker, Italienisch.

Am Sonntag völlig überfülltes Frühstücksbuffet, könnte besser angeordnet sein. Kaffeemaschine zu laut und der Kaffee war nicht heiß genug. Der Toaster war katastrophal.

Great place for a few nights.

The breakfast was just ok. I missed a larger assortment of bread or rolls. Otherwise it was great. The dining room was pretty and spacious. The staff were all very sweet and attentive. For the money definitely great value.

All over Italy the bathrooms don’t have any place where you can put your toiletries bags and brushes But that’s ok too.

Pleasant place to stay

Pleasant hotel to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size of rooms, good WiFi. Hotel is located just in front of Lago Maggiore lake. Plenty of caffees and restaurants nearby on walking distance. Tasty and sufficient breakfast.

A nice stay

It's right next to ferry terminal. We like the lake view. The gentleman wearing glass at front desk is so polite and professional. Actually all the staff at hotel are cheerful and energetic and upbeat. It gave me the best impression of group of staffs of our trip.

Hotel sounds insulation is poor due to the age of hotel. But I was aware of it and didn't bother much.

10! Great location, very good hotel, enjoyed my stay.

A very good hotel, great atmosphere, beautiful decor, clean, nice staff and a super location right at the lake in the historic center of Verbania with lots of nice terraces and views over Lago Maggiore. You are close to the Lake but you have also great access to the surrounding mountains. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Alessio, who is very friendly and always helpful to the guests during breakfast and dinner!

the location is great right by the ferry. we booked a lake facing view and it was on the first floor. would recommend booking second or third floor if pos so you can see over the trees at the front of the hotel
