Da migliorare l’isolamento acustico e la chiusura delle porte accesso camere

La posizione. Stanza pulita, un po’ piccola per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Grossi problemi di isolamento acustico. Ho soggiornato una sola notte ma più volte sono stata disturbata dallo sbattere delle porte di accesso alle camere, dallo schiamazzo dei vicini di camera e da un cane che ha abbaiato più volte nella tarda notte. Non c’era un locale in cui lasciare le valigie dopo il check out e sono rimaste tutto il tempo nella sala dedicata alla ristorazione.

Great location. Facilities good. Young receptionist (who had been there a month) was exceptional. Sorry we can't remember her name.

Small step into bathroom stubs your toe. It would be helpful to know how to get to Verbania. We took the train not realizing that you only get within 8-10 Km of town and when we arrived at the station there was no one there to help with taxi etc. ALL the hotel owners in Verbania should get together and figure out how to get folks there and out again. Not free though. Bus to airport worked fine but was 25 minutes late. That morning the front desk person was 10 plus minutes late opening up and seemed a bit dishelved. We were catching a flight from Malpensa but had built in some

Good overall stay with pleasant staff. Parking was fine once you work out the one way streets.

great position in town and in the lake front. clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the lake.

after a 28 hour flight and 4hr drive I really wanted a good shower but the drains were blocked and 1 minute shower if I was lucky before the shower would have flooded the bathroom. Same thing the next day.

The restaurant is amazing here. Rooms are good quality and it was great they had a room for 3.

Parking was a bit hard to find. But it's possible. Just make sure your luggage is walkable.

the location is excellent

I love the place and the staff incredibly friendly but unfortunately the room the soundproofing was really bad, I could hear all noises from guess outside the room and I don’t complain that much about it but it was a lot of noise, but for the rest everything was just perfect.

Excellent location and quality for the price. Outstanding staff!

Hotel Novara was exceptional. Not only was the location and rooms amazing for the price but the staff was also very kind and helpful. In fact we forgot my wedding ring in the room and the cleaning staff ran behind us to meet us in the street and give us the ring before we left the hotel.

First location wise .. it is in front of a very nice lake. Second, room service is very fast. Employees are very welcoming, nice and they always smile..room is great. I didnt stay long but i am satisfied, thank you Hotel Novara

Pleasant

The location is really good and staff members were very attentive when we arrived. The views to the lake are wonderful.

It was crazy how noisy that place was. The staff members were cleaning, bringing things up and down, and talking to each other screaming from very early in the morning. They were lovely when we did the check in, but we were awake from 7,45am with all of that noise......
