las vistas,la atencion de recepcion, la cama ( tamaño y colchon), la ubicacion, el desayuno

la tapa del baño estaba quemada, faltaban bastantes articulos de aseo, la iluminacion del baño era pesima, faltaban instrucciones de manejo de la duha y la bañera hidromasaje, ya que su uso no era nada intuitivo,las almohadas demasiado blandas

A gusto… pero mejorable en algunos aspectos.

Las vistas, la piscina exterior, el personal ha sido atento i agradable, pero se notaban que eran muy jóvenes en edad i experiencia. La comida estaba buena, pero el menú era el mismo cada día y la carta también.

Tardaron 40 minutos en entregarnos la habitación, no la tenían preparada a la hora del check-in. La pared de la cama principal tenía unas manchas de anteriores inquilinos que se notaban que habían sido limpiadas (parecían escupitajos) pero hacía un efecto de sucio y dejado, seria necesario pintar dicha pared. El precio del Spa es un poco excesivo, 20€/persona/hr. El bufet de desayuno la comida está bien pero con poca variedad

Fantástica

La ubicación es genial, cuando llegas tienes un gran párking delante. Las habitaciones son grandes y la limpieza impecable. Camas cómodas. Servicio muy atento y simpático. El restaurante está muy bien con unas vistas magníficas y con buena carta. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver.

Aceptable para un par de noches

Las vistas a la montaña son bonitas. El desayuno no está mal. No pudimos aprovechar la piscina por el tiempo pero parecía agradable.

La habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco desde que entramos. La cama muy dura e incómoda. Se oían mucho los ruidos tanto del exterior (carretera, gente en la terraza) com del interior (pasillo, puertas). También fuimos al Spa, es bonito pero la mitad de chorros no funcionaban, y ni siquiera te dan un albornoz para poder ir cambiado desde tu habitación.

Estuvimos bien, algo que se podría mejorar

Las instalaciones de la habitación, teníamos una suite familiar, estaba dividida en partes, la parte de arriba es un añadido ala habitación, es tipo altillo con sus escaleras y sus dos camas individual.

A nuestro parecer las camas un poco duros los colchones, y el desayuno de los dos días eran el mismo tipo de embutido, no tenían pan de molde para las tostadas, sí que tenían pan de payés, nos abría gustado más variedad de todo, tanto de comida como de almuerzo.

A great stop when traveling

The hotel has nice Spanish flair, it is clean, has covered parking, great location for excursions and traveling. The rooms had air condition. Staff were all very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had nice fresh buffet - a mix of everything. Dinner was great and you had even the chance to sit on a nice terrace with a nice view.

Our rooms was on the smaller side. It would have felt even cramped without our two dogs. It is located next to a road, which can get busy at peak season and at peak time. Also, walking your dog in the morning and evening are limited to a quick wee at the back of the hotel.

As we were travelling with a dog, we could only have the lowest room category. The room was not too small and with a balcony quite nice. The bathroom was fine. Breakfast was a buffet with a very good range of food. The location was nice and quiet, the staff very friendly.

Nice stay to de-stress a little

Space in the bedroom. Bedding. SPA. Allows your pet.

The dinner food. Advice: avoid it. It seems to me that the food is made anyway. No good at all, even for 20 euros. The SPA needs a little renovation. Heating noise in the room (and it didn't heat up all the time).

Not recommendable. Too much money for value of the stay.

The first man at the reception was very nervous and did not respons well to our grieves. The second day there was another man who was more friendly. The room had a great view.

The whole place is not comfortable. All the furniture was old and made of wood. The first room had a dead bird in the window with a lot of flies around it, so we asked for another room. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and a bath with a jetstream. That didn't work, so we had another complaint. But it was still not working our second night... The so called salon was at the end of the third floor, hidden in darkness, so we had to switch on the lights ourselves. The furniture was bought new in maybe 1956, but still in use. The whole place needs a new inventory and upgrade. Not worth the room price.
