Hotel de lujo en el centro de Zaragoza

Todo, el personal de recepción majisimo, nos dieron incluso a nuestra llegada la habitación, las 9.00h porque estaba disponible, y el hotel es un lujo. Habitaciones preciosas, amplias e impresionantes.

Poco personal en el desayuno, estaba todo muy rico pero las chicas no daban a basto para reponer.

bon séjour, pour une nuit d'étape sur le retour en france.

bon séjour, lit très confortable chambre bien emménager, la salle de bain est peut fonctionnel mais très design. la piscine située sur le toit est très petite. le petit déjeuner est très bien mais la salle de restauration fait pensé à une cantine. Le parking est public et situé juste en face, pratique.

La salle de bain, le salon et le restaurant manque de chaleur, il font trop à un réfectoire de cantine. l'accueil est un peu froid.

L’emplacement, le parking public à 2 pas, la chambre et spécialement la literie.

Beaucoup d’enfants dans la piscine, bcp de bruit. Le bruit des canalisations la nuit.

Permiten llevar mascotas, perros sin limitar el peso y proporcionan un kit de bienvenida para la mascota, la habitación execelente y lo mas destacable un aire acondicionado muy silencioso y que mantiene una temperatura ideal.

No dispone de parquing ni descuento para el parquing público desde la primera noche. Las habitaciones “baratas” 150€/noche no ponen palillos orejas “solo para las caras” (respuesta camarera piso)

Almohada muy alta y dura, ventana mal sellada y se oía la calle, desayuno frío y de calidad deficiente (éramostres y no nos gustónadaa ninguno). De tres personas con las que interactuamos del hotel, solo el recepcionista (hombre) era agradable

Fully recommended: great value, amazing location, comfy room.

Close to the city center, amazing breakfast, super comfy bed, friendly staff, clean and spacious. The swimming pool area is great although the water temperature was super low, when outside was 35 degrees. Although the hotel doesn't have parking, there is public parking next to it, the hotel gives you some complementary hours.

Water coming out from the shower. A bit difficult to access the hotel as many roads were closed or restricted to traffic.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent - the rootfop pool was a real hit with the kids. Breakfast was really nice. Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again.

Best base camp to explore Zaragoza...and a pool with a view to cool down!

We had a great stay. Check-in with a smile and immediate recommendations, up with the elevator to find a spacious, modern room with nice facilities. The cold water pool on the roof fantastic, especially given heatwave that hit Zaragoza during our stay.. Easy access and secure parking in the big parking across the street. Location is perfect, minutes from the historical centre but just outside which makes access easy and the nights more quiet. Amazing breakfast with great value for money, definitely no need to go on the street for this.

The repetitive lounge music at the pool. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom. Tiny details, everything else was truly perfect!

Stylish boutique hotel in a convenient region

The hotel is very good located - just cross the street and you are in the historic center. There are lots of pubs to have "Tapas" and also a good seafood restaurant nearby. Wonderful breakfast! Stylish hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms have a good size and the beds are comfortable. Mini Bar drinks are free (only non alcoholic beverages available). Nice, small rooftop pool. We didn't use it, since the weather was not appropriate. From the terrace and the attached bar you have a wonderful view over old town Zaragoza. We definitively will return.

The only problem is parking. They offer parking for 22e/night in a public parking (there it is 23e), but you need to drive around the block and cross the main street afterwards by food, to return .

A great stay, in a great City

I have to admit that I'm a total pushover for Melia Hotels. I have stayed in them all over Spain and they never fail to to be less than perfect. My wife has been known to ask why we can't live in one for ever! Here we are in the vibrant, party city of Zaragoza with all that that offers in cultural, religious, historic or hedonistic diversions. The welcome by two receptionists gave us the low-down on rooms, cleaning etc., and we were into very comfortable, imeccably clean, modern rooms with very trendy bathing/shower areas. Everything worked, of course, the beds were comfortable, water hot, plenty of storage. Just great. We ate and drank in the old town just adjacent but enjoyed a terrific 'international' style breakfastin the hotel. The hotel sits over a car park with which it has concession parking saving 20%.

Once again I have tried hard to find something I did not like with a Melia Hotel. Once again, I failed!!
