Large hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen, comfortable, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were really attentive and efficient. Everything was fresh and lots of it. Rooms were comfortable and well soundproofed with great balcony view and lots of space. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to bus and rail stations for access to Copenhagen central. Plenty of bars and restaurants in hotel as well as a 10-15 min walk takes you into Vesterbro with loads of places.

As this is a conference centre breakfast can be really busy. During busy times food was cold and not replenished. Certain times are really busy including bars and restaurants and can be rowdy particularly downstairs. The rooftop bar is lovely but we went up after dinner and last orders was called 45mins before the bar closed, we were made to feel uncomfortable as staff began intensive cleaning while we finished our drinks. N.b. Hotel is a half hour walk from centre of Copenhagen

Tivoli - I Lov'it!

Vriendelijke ontvangst, prima locatie op 10 minuten lopen van het centraal station. Schone kamer, fijne bedden en een goed verzorgde badkamer. Uitstekend ontbijt met zeer ruime keuze. Geef bij ontvangst aan dat de kamer elke dag schoon gemaakt moet worden.

Schönes Hotel & gute Lage

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hbf.

Einzig die Lautstärke der Zimmernachbarn hat mich etwas gestört mitten in der Nacht. Entweder waren sie sehr laut oder die Wände sind nicht so dick. Nach 10min war aber alles wieder ruhig und es war kein Anruf bei der Rezeption notwendig.

Дуже зручне розташування, недалеко і вокзал і до аеропорту можна доїхати на автобусі. Парк Тіволі та центр міста також знаходиться недалеко. Смачний та дуже різноманітний сніданок.

Perfekt für den City Trip

Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Lage war zentral, ca. 20min zu Fuß vom Hbf. Frühstück sehr lecker und vielseitig. Fitnessstudio sehr gut ausgestattet. Pool und Sauna waren für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend :-)

Sauna teilweise nicht in Betrieb und nicht wirklich heiß.

Schöne Stadt, Hotel war zu groß und unübersichtlich.

Zimmer war in Ordnung

Frühstück nicht so gut und zu viele Menschen auf engstem Raum. Mann musste erst einmal lange suchen wo was ist.

We had a great stay. I didn’t realise how much I would love Copenhagen I would definitely come back.

It was very clean. The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was great. The breakfast was amazing.

I could have done with two proper pillows on the bed

Excellent

The breakfast in the lounge was extraordinary. The afternoon and evening snack service was also very good. All of the staff were amazing. When they found out it was our 50th Anniversary trip they went to great lengths to make our stay over the top. The Concierge service was very helpful.

Everything was good. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

this hotel was amazing we were a party of 9 booking 4 rooms and there were no issues whatsoever rooms were exceptional staff were amazing food was excellent breakfast so good we would return

The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Copenhagen, and the breakfast spread was not only delicious but also featured a diverse range of options to suit various preferences. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded our expectations. Tivoli Hotel is a true haven for kids, where the attentive staff skillfully cater to their needs, creating a delightful experience for the little ones. A heartfelt thank you to the exceptional staff at Tivoli Brasserie for their attentive service and warm hospitality, which added a special touch to our memorable stay at Tivoli Hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tivoli Hotel. From the comfortable room to the fantastic location and delightful breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was simply outstanding. Nothing to complain about, except the wind in Copenhagen during Christmass.

Fick stort dubbelrum trots att jag boka litet enkelrum 😍, bra frukost med trevlig kille som välkomnar på morgonen ;). Väldigt tyst i rummet och stora fönster!

Dirty and old. Steer clear.

The location is decent, and there are always taxis waiting to take you to the airport.

The moment we got into our room, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly, tufts of hair on the floor, stained pillows, hair pins left in the shower, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, and the bathroom smelt strongly of sewerage. Not what you want after 18 hour flights. We had paid extra for a superior room with sea and city views, and we the only views we had were of the train track. We asked reception to move us to another clean room with views and they told us, that’s the only views the hotel has, despite what was advertised. The second room was a downgrade, small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no views and the bathroom still smelt, granted not as bad as the first bathroom. Feeling extremely ripped off, we sucked it up and just enjoyed Copenhagen. The next morning for breakfast, the buffet options were laughable - cold food, over cooked eggs, no decent coffee, left us again feeling rather ripped off. Oh, and the cherry on top of our stay, upon walking down our ridiculously long corridor to the room, there was a used women’s hygiene product left on the floor in a clear plastic bag (see photo), assuming from “house keeping”, and the phones in the room don’t work, so we couldn’t notify reception. Steer clear! This hotel is an absolute rip off, it’s dirty, old and unkept.

All the little nooks for seating areas. The knowledge of the concierge team. Room temp was great, first hotel that didn't freeze its guests.

No bath tub in a family room. Kids playroom needs more attention. A few toy kitchens and other wooden cars and kitchen equipment etc would have made it absolutely spot on
