Nice stay in clean property with lovely breakfast.

Very friendly host, clean and tidy property with parking. Good breakfast.

Only one small complaint not very handy to walk to town, shops, cafes or restaurants.

Amazing, would recommend.

The host was so friendly and enthusiastic about the dolomites and helped us plan the rest of our trip with his suggestions, (which have lived up to the hype so far). Breakfast: eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, croissant, THE BEST BUNS ON EARTH, variety of spreads for toast, coffee & tea. Overall clean and pretty house, terrace attached to room, close to the city center (20 min walk ish, not even).

Generous hospitality

Perfect stay in Belluno. The owner was very kind. He was waiting for us with cake and tea. What's more he surprised us with 2 big slices watermelon!! He gave us useful advices, recommended a complete program for every day with checking the weather also. The room was quite big with balcony and very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice and you never stand up from the table hungry :-) We felt at home for 6 days. Thank you, Miki!

The bathroom could be renovated. The cleaning could be a tiny bit more pronounced in the bathroom ;-)

My the best experience ever!

Miki, the accomodation owner, is the kindest, helpful and the most reliable person I know. He never leaves you hanging. Everything that is written about the accommodation is true - perfect cleanliness, large comfortable spaces, luxurious homemade breakfast on request and above all a friendly atmosphere and great service.

Loved our room with its beautiful view, our private bathroom, and the quiet setting.

Owner, Mike was extremely hospitable. 1. He gave us restaurant information (unfortunately the 2 choices are closed on Mondays). 2. He went to the train station to get the times for our train/bus connections for the next day. 3. He drove us to the train station and helped us with the purchase and validation of the tickets. Could not ask for a better proprietor!

It just feels like home!

Muchas Gracias Miki!! It was a wonderful stay, the whole house was sparkling clean, enough room to have a very pleasant stay, beds were comfy, breakfast prepared by the very own host while chatting about the plans I had for the day and obviously received lots of recommendations from him! As I told you, the whole experience was fantastic, he makes you feel like you're arriving home. I'm absolutely happy with all my trip and staying and I will definately recommend this place for sure! I'll come back! Once again, thanks for everything Miki!

Host was so fantastic, he went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be.

Breakfast was great. Would highly recommend and we would stay there again! A very beautiful spot and great bed and breakfast.

The host was very accommodating of my desire of early breakfast . A lovely big bathroom and balcony from bedroom giving sunshine with great views of mountains . Host generous with picking me up from train station and helpful with day trip planning. I’m so glad I made booking to stay longer .

Enjoy the Italian hospitality!

Amazing owner, kind and always willing to help and give advice. Breakfast was fine - cereals, pastry, eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, coffee Quiet location a bit further from the centre but one can manage it :-)

the owner of this B&B was so awesome - welcoming and was so amazing to take us to buy important stuff for our Alta via Hike we had forgotten and made it to the 9:20 bus. absolutely outstanding kindness. he is also very interesting has travelled extensively including Papua New Guinea

So comfortable and welcoming that I would be delighted to stay again.

A lovely couple runs this—it is their home. The quad room is actually two rooms with four beds. the sheets and pillows were of excellent quality. They breakfast was delicious. The host gave us a ride to the train station rather than calling us a taxi. so

It is not far from the center of town but you do have to walk down to the river and then back up again.

A comfortable place to stay with a decent breakfast a short walk from city center.

Breakfast was tasty with eggs prepared by the host as well as the usual yogurt, fruit, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. It's a short walk from the main downtown area which we viewed as a plus. Our room was on the third floor which had a porch, a private bath, and a second bedroom suitable for 2 children.

Super friendly helpful host and lovely home.

The host was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. A beautiful room with balcony looking out to the mountains and countryside. Everything was clean and lovely cooked breakfasts.The host transported us to the train a number of times and also on an outing. We couldn't have asked for a better host and home. 😊
