Everything it was clean and comfortable We arrived very irritated because the hotel We initially booked was horrendous so we picked this hotel as we just needed a few hours sleep before we went to the airport again. Mehdi at the front desk was wonderful he could see we were tired and offered us an upgrade, the rooms were tired clean and it was really nice. A big thank you to Mehdi.

Cadre intérieur et extérieur de l hôtel sympathique et bien entretenu, chambre confortable et fonctionnelle, navette gratuite pour l aéroport

Quelques points d amélioration sur l entretien : barre de maintien cassé dans l ascenseur, lavabo de la chambre bouché. Personnel de l accueil pas toujours facile à comprendre quand on a des questions

Hôtel d’étape efficace

Accueil aimable et professionnel . Navette comprise dans le prix régulière et très tard dans la nuit. Conducteur très serviable.

Les chambres en début de couloir sur tous les étages voisinent d’un puits ouvert de 5 mètres de diamètre aspirant toute l’ambiance acoustique de la réception assez bruyante jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit (2 heures du matin)vu les arrivées tardives.

Etablissement bénéficiant d'une situation géographique proche de l'aéroport très appréciable pour des vols prévus tôt le matin. La navette gratuite est un plus pour les voyageurs qui n'ont pas besoin de commander de taxi. Personnel très agréable. Restauration de très bonne qualité.

Schönes Airporthotel mit Shuttle-Bus, welcher manchmal einfach ausfällt...

- Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade für das 4Stern-Hotel erhalten. - Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Garten - die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet und haben eine tolle Dusche - Fenster gegen die Strasse sind relativ gut isolierend

- Der Shuttle-Bus um 4.00h ist einfach nicht erschienen und gemäss Reception gibt es auch keine Taxen. Absolut unverständlich für ein Airporthotel. Auch wusste das Personal nicht wirklich Bescheid, wie viel Zeit man benötigt für den CheckIn am frühen Morgen. Schlussendlich hatten wir dann auch mit dem späteren Shuttle-Bus um 4.30h genügend Zeit. - Die Zimmer sind zum Gang sehr ringhörig - Es gibt ein frühes Frühstück

Great value near airport!1

Exceptionally clean and was pleased about the mini fridge being cold. The AC worked great. The room was large with a new TV. Great price for the room that included a free airport shuttle.

The room was a little outdated. All the surfaces were formica. The bed needed new pillows.

Excellent place to rest up for the long flight home

It’s one of the best airport hotels I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The staff was exceptional, always smiling even when they were fasting for Ramadan, and made our one night stay extremely comfortable.

The room was a little too hot (we were travelling in winter so the central heating was on) but the fact that we could open our windows made that immaterial.

Advised reception at check in to wake me up at 4:30 a.m. but did not receive any call. There is no guide in the room on how to use phone extensions for calls. No in-room guides to the hotel facilities. Non-smoking area does not exist in the main restaurant terrace.

Perfect for a one-night stay before a flight out from Casablanca. They even had a shuttle bus running every half hour which was free. The room was also very clean.

Not as good as previous stays. When the manager is not on the property, everything goes downhill.

Good location, good shuttle service.

Only one towel and water glass. We asked for a second, but they never brought it. Also there was no drinking water in the room. We have stayed here before and it was always provided. This time we had to buy a 30 DH ($3.00 USD) bottle of water.

the bar, despite in the smal envelope whic include the room key, report that is open till 11:00, in reality close at 10:00 and this is not good for a place with international customers: I raised the issue severl times, but unfortunately, without answer. I hope taht this will be solved asap
