BAD wifi with low bandwidth and sluggish. It also had an arcane log-in system which didn’t recognise devices were already connected.

The property is great
1) The rooms were not good. I was very disappointed when I looked at the room and the price we were paying for it. Shouldve not picked you guys over Zuri
2) It was my daughter's 6 months birthday that we planned to celebrate in Goa. I particularly reached out to you pastry chef and after speaking with them over the phone, shared the picture of the cake that I wanted. I was happy to pay for the cake. I followed up with reception on the day and asked for the cake to be sent. They sent me generic ugly cake from the bakery. When I called and asked for why my cake was not prepared. The guys said we will look into it. No one called. I called again and they said that we can make that cake. To my surprise that turned into extreme anger, they again sent a generic ugly cake which was a semi circle this time. Absolutely hated it. Never coming back to the resort again for sure. Not recommending it to any of my friends either.

Property is really nice. The beach and the other facilities are really amazing and you will have a good time.
Booked this for my parents. Their main feedback is that none of the staff seems to be helpful.
The travel and tour desk responded to them mostly in 1 word answers with least interest to speak about what are the nearby activities. They should know older couples may not be as tech savvy as them and should be open to explaining the attractions
They heard the restaurant staff swearing in Tamil when they had a bit difficult North Indian older couple. I don't see any justification in the staffs behaviour there.
Overall, the property should retrain all their staff in etiquette and cultural sensitization.

Die Unterkunft ist ungewöhnlich und beieindruckend. Uns hat die Grosszügigkeit gefallen. Die Bausubstanz kommt langsam in die Jahre und muss sorgfältig gepflegt werden. Das gibt vielen Menschen Arbeit.

The rooms are very dated but are comfortable.
The staff and service is the best part.
Niranjan and Rajeev from the restaurant management were super attentive and looked after us through our stay and were very accommodating for all our needs.
Property could definitely use some upgrading.

Pretty BLAND to taste and not much of options to choose from menu. Got bored by 2nd day. South Indians specially instruct them to make it lill spicy and add salt to ur taste .. they ll make it right. Waiting time also quiet long after u place the order.

Floor had some dust and sticks to our bare feet.
Bed was sagging a bit and didn't provide good back support.
Frequent power cuts,
Late room service - had to wait for 30- 40mins just for water.
Elevator/ LIFTS : Not available for all and everywhere. If u hurt ur knee or ankle In beach or pool, then u need to manage ur way through staircase for the rest of your stay. unless u change ur room to ground floor.
Lastly (this might be an exception) one bad experience for us was we lost our luggage during checkout. They loaded one of our bag into someother guests' car . They could locate and hand over back to us in 2 hours. But that was not some ending we would want for our vacation.

Sehr gepflegte und weitläufige Hotelanlage mit 2-stöckigen Gebäuden, tolle Poolanlage (mit Bar und separatem Kinderbecken), kleinem Golfplatz, Spa, breiter Strandabschnitt (rechts und links keine weiteren Hotels!), ausreichend Liegestühle am Pool und Strand. Sämtliche Mitarbeiter in den Restaurants, Rezeption, Bars, Zimmerservice, Spa und Sicherheitspersonal waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Gerade der Zimmerservice mit Herrn Namdev und Frau Sniya waren sehr nett und immer bemüht alles zu tun, damit wir uns wohlfühlen konnten. Herzlichen Dank!!! Die Speisenauswahl am großzügigen und vielfältigen Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war hervorragend! Herr Ravi vom Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten auch mit den Chef Herr Amitava Paul eine sehr gute Unterhaltung gehabt. Es wurde immer für die asiatischen/indischen Gäste (ca. 90 %) und die euopäischen Gäste (ca. 10 %) genügend Abwechslung geboten. Die Qualität und Frische ist top!

Access to the beach is very well maintained, the beach itself is sparsely populated, very neat and clean , white sand clean warm water. You can also watch the fisher flock come back with their catch in the mornings. The beach side shack serves you drinks on the beachside. Enjoyed the breakfast, which caters to vide variety of tastes & cultures. Masala Chai was exceptional. Had dinner once, its on the expensive side and didn't feel had value for money paid.
No lift's to the upper floors. Had to climb up the stairs.

We had a very pleasant stay at the resort. It’s a beautiful huge property on the beach and very well maintained. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lush green lawns. The staff are exceptionally good with ever ready to help for anything. The lavish spread of buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good.
Not wheelchair friendly, not that it effected us. However, ramps or lifts can be a value addition to the resort.

Rooms and location were good. we had a instance in hotel were the hotel responsible did not even bothered to take any action neither they were keen to address the issue. hospitality is zero only few staff were good rest they do not care. so choose wisely

Hotel staff not asking for BILL'S details at the time of check-in or checkout For GST INVOICE..
They issued Provisional Invoice only at the time of check out and said we will email you Original Invoice by this evening.
I spoke on the 10th jun-23.They told that your invoice is ready in the account. We will email in half an hour.
I spoke 13th jun-23. The concerned person did not speak on call (Eden) but other staff told me that We email you today.
I checked out on the 9th jun-23. But the hotel has not yet been able to give the invoice.
The staff argue with the guest for Invoice, If someone has paid to the hotel From company's account, then he needs a bill to claim Credit of GST
I hope the management will pay attention to this.

Location was gopd with private beach and the villa was spacious for 4 ppl.
Fridge in the villa was not working. Breakfast was fair and could have been better especially tea and coffee.

Facilities on site, location and the vast grounds. Perfect place to relax and enjoy slow pace of life.private beach is very clean and not crowded. You can walk for miles on the sea shore without seeing many hotels.
Get rid of the unionised taxi service outside charging extortionate rates. If not offer cheaper hotel taxi service. For a journey of 8 kilometres we ended up paying 3,000 rupees.

1. Very limited selection of dishes for breakfast. Mostly spicy dough and potato, some beans. Variety of eggs, 2 kinds of sausage, bacon. We really lacked vegetables. No any fresh greens at all, no tomatoes, no eggplant etc. Seems hotels personnel was to busy serving weddings.
Buffet dinner, no a la cart.
2. Weddings. Never ending... 6 days of 7. Mostly personnel was busy at events. Too busy. Because of fun everywhere hard to call atmosphere relaxing.
3. This hotel definitely can't be ranked 5 stars. If you think you've found huge discount for 5 stars don't let be fooled. It's just overpriced 4.

Location was very good, staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Puja. Property is so big and clean. Food was very delicious. I wish i can there again but if they will not false promise anything.
I was there to celebrate my anniversary and they told me before checking in that they will provide A cake and Room decorations complementary. But after checking in they only provided cake. If they have told me beforehand i have paid them for room decorations. Very disappointing.

Private beach, swimming pool, breakfast buffet is fantastic. Check-in procedure can be better, it took us around 1hr to check-in.
I booked superior room, which were spacious and luxurious.
I would recommend if you get it below 10k or otherwise it's not worth the money.
