Good VFM Hotel close to Don Muang Airport

Convenient for Don Muang Airport and sits atop a shopping plaza. Great night market at front of hotel complex. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Good gym and lovely pool.

If you get a room without a balcony the room can feel a little claustrophobic. The hotel is getting a little old looking but it’s still very clean and comfortable for a short stay.

私たちにとってホテルの立地条件が最高でホテルの下層階がショッピングモールでまたレストランも各種あり何と言っても夕方からホテル建物前の広場が夜店と変わりタイを満喫できるホテルです

A short stay between trips

Room upgraded but with an inside view. A very big room which is good for two of us packing for a flight. As always, friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

Nothing - maybe a view. Next time.

The hotel on top of the department store

Good location. Not far from DMK airport.

The accessibility is a bit complicated since you have to use the same elevator with Zeer Rangsit department store.

Great location

location is great not far from DMK airport and it locates in the same building of the shopping mall. There is also flea market outside in the evening, so it is very convenience for find food.

I booked the Executive Room but the room I get it was only superiors room. The parking area is up to the fifth floor which is quite long driving distance to the parking space.

Convenient accommodation, excellent staff neat and clean There is little to improve.

Location and all staff was very nice and helpful

Bathroom that has to stand to shower in a small bathtub. When you don't want to take a bath. Bed that moves around make me dizzy The air conditioner is very loud.

The hotel upgrade all my rooms to executive. Excellent service.

I arrive very late, pass midnight 1 am. I try to purchase breakfast voucher but the front desk refuse to sell. So I have to purchase at the restaurant but the restaurant staff is too busy and cannot communicate in English. But the next morning I try to purchase the 2nd day breakfast, they allowed us to purchase as their policy states that I cannot purchase after I had check in. Overall still ok with the service.

Lighting in the room, Shower, and most importantly internet connection. I faced a lot of issues using the hotel internet. Phone signal was week so it was difficult to use 4G internet from phone as well.

We really liked the hotel location and the excellent restaurants located on the hotels' lower levels.

The hotel plumbing is too old. and when taking shower, it is almost impossible to adjust the water temperature.

The hotel plumbing is too old and outdated. The room air conditioner chilly air is blowing in a set direction, and it can't be adjusted and it does not swing.

how clean it was. the staff was so helpful and wonderful. the pool was great to swim in when you could . Shopping mall located inside the hotel itself.

The wifi would cut out a lot .

The hotel needs major renovation if it wants us to come back and stay here again.

Its closeness to many electronic stores downstairs

The room's plumbing and the carpet were too old. The shower faucet did not work properly, it was extremely hard to adjust the water temperature and the old carpet colored my wife's shoes.
