Great location and big flat in Krakow centre

Comfortable beds, great location, enough space for more than 4 people, close to restaurants, cafe and city centre. Big windows that helped to cool down the room temperature, noise area.

Could have more kitchen utensils, a fan, and shower water temperature not functioning well.

Lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko. Bardzo dobre śniadania , wygodne łóżka . Komunikatywna obsługa

Zdjęcie nie oddały rzeczywistego stanu lokalu. Skrzypiąca podłoga, zepsuty czajnik, popękane kafle w kuchni. Brudne okna. Niezakluczana klatka schodowa na noc, co noc spali na niej bezdomni, przez co poczucie bezpieczeństwa było małe.

Η τοποθεσία το δωματιο ήταν στο κέντρο της παλιάς πολης, ολα ήταν πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια. Η κοπελα στη ρεσεψιόν πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν στον 3ο όροφο χωρίς να υπάρχει ασανσέρ κ αυτό ήταν πρόβλημα κυρίως όταν έπρεπε να μεταφερουμε τις βαλιτσες. Η μυρωδιά απ την πιτσαρία που βρισκόταν στο ισόγειο ήταν τουλάχιστον εμετική σ' ολη τη διαδρομή με την σκάλα για το διαμερισμα και εμπαινε κ μεσα στο ίδιο το διαμερισμα απ ότι κατάλαβα μάλλον απ τον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου, ειχαμε συνεχώς τα παράθυρα σε ανάκληση για να μην μυρίζει και να μπορούμε να κοιμηθούμε. Είμασταν 4 άτομα για 5 βραδια υπηρχαν 2 ρολά χαρτί υγείας για όλες αυτές τις μερες, 4 πετσέτες μπάνιου και 2 προσώπου οι οποίες δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν με καθαρές ποτέ και φυσικά δεν ήταν αρκετές. Υπήρχαν 2 καναπέδες στους οποίους δεν καθίσαμε ποτέ ήταν πάρα πολύ βρωμικοι, τα μαξιλαρια θέλουν αμεσα αντικατάσταση.

L’emplacement, le confort la propreté

Pas assez d’ustensiles de cuisine seulement 2 verres pas assez de vaisselles et pas assez d’essuie vaisselle 1 pour tout le séjour le mobilier est abîmé cassé doit être renouvelé Le petit déjeuner est moyen, je ne recommande pas surtout qu’il y a la possibilité de faire des courses pas très loin de l’appartement

Amazing location and staff

Location was amazing and apartment was so spacious, much bigger than we thought it would be. Great for a group or family. Hair dryer was broken and then dropped up another one straight away to our door. Staff were also very friendly at reception. Brilliant all around.

Io e un gruppo di amici abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamenti, uno da 5 e uno da 6, nel periodo di capodanno. L'appartamento da 6 era un monolocale, piccolo forse per 6 persone ma funzionale; per dormirici e basta è più che ottimo. L'appartamento da 5 molto più spazioso, tutto funzionante e pulito.

Wonderful stay at the heart of the city

We loved the location, in the very heart of the city, beautiful site. High ceilings loads of space, very comfortable beds, hot time of the year so fan in both rooms, excellent shower and fully equipped kitchen.

I have mobility problems so getting up to the 3rd floor was a struggle, high ceilings so more stairs then usual. this could have been mentioned in the listing

Very spacious areas. Very well equipped in terms of kitchen facilities - hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc.

It would have been nice to have a lovely view, but that really would not prevent me from staying there again.

Superb

The apartment is huge and the location is great. We could accommodate a family of 5 members with plenty of space and comfort. The option with breakfast is also good because they delivered it every morning to us at the same time. The receptionists in the office were very helpful on any matter I needed in Krakow, with suggestions and good guidance. Therefore I strongly recommend it, great value for money.

The bathroom was too small for the size of the room, but was ok. The access (gates and stairs) and the external area are badly cared, maybe because it's an old building.

Okay for one night stay

The location is great, the apartment is located almost at the center/old town. The apartment is quite big, with 2 rooms, 2 big beds, and 1 small, fully equipped kitchen, shower, TV. It is 350 meters to Old Town square and Wawel Castle. Breakfast was served in the morning, the package of bread, meats, cheese, tea/coffee was brought to the apartment.

The overall state of apartment is old, the furnitures are very old, the couches and chairs in the room are all in some stains, they really need to changed. The apartment doesn't have a elevator. The pillows need changing too, they were really in a bad state.

It was good experience. Good value for money, nice hosts, good service.

I'd like to thank hosts for early check-in and the possibility to leave luggage for some hours after check-out. It was super comfy. The location of the apartment is excellent. No need to take taxi from railway station. I booked apartment without "choosing option" and got the one that was free. So we had very specious apartment. It was not for 2 people but even for 10 if needed. Also I want to point out the view from the windows. Best view ever. In the apartment you can find everything you need. There are towels, dishes, iron, hair-dryer, washing machine, microwave oven, clean sponge in the kitchen and dish washing soap and hand soap in the bathroom. We had shampoo, gel shower with us so the absence of them wasn't a problem.

It could be cleaner. The apartment is dusty a little bit. Especially pillows. We were sneezing during the stay. But this minus was not as much important comparing to all the pluses. And it can be loud early in the morning and late at night because of tourists. But it is centre so it is expected.

Very good location, in the center. The apartment was huge and warm. Very useful check in without an employee
