Séjour parfait

La chambre est spacieuse, très propre, la literie au top, clim. La salle de bain est moderne, bien fonctionnelle, très propre, gel douche + shampoing + sèche cheveux... à disposition, donc complète! Le petit déjeuner est au top, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Accueil avec un jus d'orange pressé, sur demande oeufs brouillés...toutes sortes de pains, des viennoiseries, des gâteaux maisons...des fruits frais....ça serait trop long de tout énumérer. Il est parfait!! Le personnel adorable, serviable, sympathique... tout pour nous faire plaisir pour que notre séjour se déroule au mieux. L'Hôtel est très bien situé, au bord du bassin, des restaurants, des bateaux pour le Cap Ferret ou autres...

Fabulous staff & lovely hotel in an excellent location

Excellent location and nicely appointed room. Most importantly, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and hopefully book one of the sea view rooms.

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement parfait. Je recommande 10/10 !

Magnifique endroit. la chambre était parfaite avec une literie plus que confortable. L’hôtel dispose d’un salon très bien décoré, idéal pour lire un livre, profiter des jeux en bois mis à disposition ou déguster un rhum arrangé disponible à l’accueil.

Locatie nabij het strand, rustig. Correct ontbijt. Uitstap met stadsbus naar Dune de Pilat. Wandelen in winterstad en langs strand.

J’ai apprécié : l’accueil de tout le personnel, qui était affable et prévenant l’emplacement de ma chambre, qui disposait d’un balcon avec une vue superbe le buffet extraordinairement varié du petit déjeuner la mise à disposition d’une cafetière dans la chambre, de mules et de peignoirs les petits cadeaux de départ, qui sont une attention charmante

Très bon séjour.

Localisation, confort, amabilité et serviabilité du personnel

Dommage que nous n’ayons pu avoir une autre chambre que l’économique, un peu petite et au service réduit ( pas de bouteilles d’eau) Sur la propreté, le seul point négatif était la balayette des sanitaires sale à notre arrivée. Le lavabo est trop haut donc mal pratique.

The door of the room would not open fully due to the bathroom door knob making it extremely difficult entering with the suitcases. The room did not give the impression of being very clean. The staff at the reception were not very friendly.

The property is very well located, close to the beach and the tour boats, a nice square, boutiques and restaurants. The reception area is nice, and the rooms very comfortable.

The wifi went from very slow to non-existant, despite many discussion with staff.

Position is good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel in perfect Arcachon location

Location is perfect and the seaview room was wonderful. We were lucky and easily got a parking spot at the hotel (only 10 available), but the Indigo parking station is also very close. Our room was a good size and the shower was superb. The lift was welcome, but there are also wide easily managed stairs to the first floor. Breakfast was good quality and excellent in range for us.

Traditional French Seaside Charm

The balcony and the spacious bathroom. Twin beds were very comfortable.

The decor was a little tired. The location gave us a shock to begin with as the beach was incredibly busy when we arrived, but we got user to it. Lovely little town for a short break and some sea air. Some superb restaurants nearby, some not so good - go for the busiest!
