Amazing stay, worth the price, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

Breakfast included was a large buffet with hot and cold food with a lot of choices to meet everyone’s tastes.

More lounge chairs on busy days at the beach.

modern hotel close to beach

+ large room and modern design + bath in the room in addition to shower + own beach for free across the street + good variety of breakfast + quite easy to find sunbed by the pool and at beach although hotel fully sold out + free parking in own parking + good quality room cleaning

- opening hours of breakfast until 10, could be until 11, before 10 over crowded - price level quite high, although in line with peers - ca 2 km walking to main restaurants area

4 star hotel in reality with some annoying things

+ there is a very good variety of food at breakfast and dinner; + the rooms are modern; + the beach is very close, and has its own sunbeds

- not 5* quality at all; - we couldn't take any own food or drinks to the beach; - for a 5* hotel, they don't clean the beach from the rocks the waves bring to the shore, so it was very difficult to get into the water without special shoes; - the room lacks a few useful equipments other 5* hotels include, it doesn't even have a wine opener, nor a variety of glasses; - the pool is very small, it was always crowded so we didn't use it; - the gym is almost only for compliance purpose, the equipment is few and old

Really good service and friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast was really good(lots of choices)rooms cozy and clean, everything new, super comfortable bed! Would stay there next time, because the hotel had everything what we needed!

Bed was 2 singles pushed together. Would have preferred a double bed.

friendly staff in a good location more suitable for couples or families with older children (6+ years I would think).

the location close to Rethymno city and just across the street from the beach. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Food was decent, we always found something we liked.

The street between hotel and beach isn’t ideal but also not much of a problem. Smaller kids can’t cross the street unaccompanied, since cars don’t necessarily stop at the crosswalk.

Had an amazing two weeks luxuriating in a superb hotel in every respect.

Exceptional breakfast. location great. Wonderful view of the sea from our room. Bed comfortable and room exceptional. comfortable sunbeds on beach and wifi worked there. Brilliant staff in all areas - particularly Chrissie on reception, Nikos and George at the bar. The girl who cleaned our room excellent. High quality of fixtures and fittings. Dining room with sea view very good. A totally luxurious hotel. loved it.

the bar lacked atmosphere. would have liked a light dinner as an option in the evening - maybe in the bar not dining room.

Staff is great and welcoming Breakfast is very rich The overall impression of the hotel is of good taste, luxurious but delicate Proximity to the beach right across the street Proximity to town 20 min walk

The arrangement of our room was strange where the sink to wash your hands was at the entrance of the room... The road is noisy. Double glass is good but hard to enjoy the balcony with such noise

Pretty comfortable.

Good sized rooms, comfortable bed, good location, some really nice staff. Pool area nice & quiet in contrast with many hotels.

Temperamental air conditioning, broken shower that never got properly fixed, odd housekeeping policy.

Worth every cent, will definitely be back!

It almost seems like a fake review, because everything was so good! The room, the view, the beach, the service, just exceptional! I guess the main thing is that the staff really makes you feel welcomed and they really help you with everything. So at the end the beautiful room and the private beach is just an addition to make your stay perfect!

Great break in Crete - would definitely return

Everything- it was a perfect Greek beach holiday. Great room, great breakfast, great beach area in from the of the hotel & the best staff ever.

Good hotel that could do with a little improvement

Nice hotel, poolside room we moved to after 2days was quiet and comfortable. Pool is decent size, with nice exterior.

Seeview rooms are actually overlooking busy main road, so not really ideal if you’re looking for a piece and quiet. Both rooms we were in had smelly drains. Jacuzzi didn’t work.
