Struttura da rivedere

La posizione era ottima anche se non ha parcheggio clienti. Bella la colazione sulla terrazza

Molto pulita e tranquilla! Vicino a tutto! Colazione completissima e la attenzione di Giuliana meravigliosa! Lei a fatto tutto più comodo e ha aiutato in tutti momenti che noi abbiamo bisogno!

Good value for money.

Close to train station and city center. Nice vintage building, kind and helpful staff, big room, old but vintage style. Comfortable bed. Nice Breakfast.

The bathroom looks like a train bathroom, it could use a renovation and some design changes. The Breakfast could introduce some eggs(boiled, scrambled, omelette) and vegetables. Not everyone likes to eat everyday panini, croissants and sweets on Breakfast, but in Italy this is the daily basis.

Posizione ottima, dimensione normale della camera, cuscini comodi e personale molto disponibile. Sono venuti a tarda sera ad aggiustarci lo sciacquone del water.

Struttura datata, camere per niente insonorizzate e bagno osceno. Un prefabbricato vecchio e minuscolo. Di certo non quello delle foto.

Niente, era al primo piano senza nessuna comunicazione, avevo una bimba di 9 mesi con il passeggino tutto scomodo, ascensore, ingresso e camera

Vecchia, terrazzo non praticabile perché cascava a pezzi, camera piccolissima il bagno nemmeno in camper

Friendly staff in a lovely old building, in a great location. Breakfast was plentiful and a welcome addition before starting the day.

Smashing location

The bedroom was very clean, with bedding and towel changes regularly. Breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was a little tired. A mirror, a fridge and kettle in the bedroom would be great additions. The area outside the breakfast room needs serious attention, the plants were dead and looked awful and the whole terrace needs some love.

Great value clean rooms with good breakfast.

This room is in quite an old property which looks a little worn out, however the room with 3 single beds was very clean and the beds which looked small were very comfortable the bathroom and shower is quite small . There is a bright breakfast room and the breakfast was very good with nice breads cold meats, fresh fruits. juice tea and coffee, and lots of lovely cakes. There is an elevator. The staff were lovely and very friendly. It was great value for money. It is a short walk to the railway station and very central for the whole town.

It is a bit difficult to figure out where it is, as it is on the first floor above the street and could do with a better sign on the door. You need to press button 1 on the left of the door for reception.

Comfortable, clean, perfect location in the city centre, very friendly personnel. Would come back if I am in Rapallo again.

Soundproof - you hear everything what is happening in the corridor. Fortunately there was not a lot going on when I stayed )

Very hospitable hostel

The hotel was well situated and located near everything. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was very quaint The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.Breakfast was very good.

The shower was a little small but other than that it was very nice

Perfect location. Close to bus station, train station, market and beach. Very nice and kind people are working. Breakfast is good. Clean room.

In the morning you can hear some noise from another people Who are walking in the hole. Because doors are old and retro type.

The elevator was very smelly? it’s shared with other floors which are private suites so not the hotels fault.

Our stay was two nights and three days and the hotel staff offered so much help.

I really enjoyed the breakfast options and the staff was so lovely. They offered lots of help and met our needs. Thank you for everything! Also Stefano was amazing!!

Lovely local hotel

Central location, even the bus stop is just outside to travel to Santa Margherita Ligure (or 30-40 min walk) to catch the boat to Portofino and San Fruttosso. Feels a lot more local than the typical chain hotels, everything was clean and the continental breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, croissants and good coffee. Receptionists are friendly and very helpful.
