Qualche piccolo disservizio tipo - cestino al bagno - tv troppo piccola non dico Smart ma più grande per vederla ( la nota positiva e‘ che in compenso si comunica verbalmente di più)

Bellissimo residence in un oasi di pace

La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla vicina a Baja Sardinia; l’esterno del Residence è molto curato; l’interno dell’appartamento ha spazi ben distribuiti e la pulizia è al top; il nostro appartamento disponeva di due camere da letto, bagno con doccia e lavatrice; il soggiorno molto ampio con divano letto (molto comodo) per 2 persone e angolo cottura ben attrezzato con forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con freezer e un terrazzo con un tavolo e due panche per cenare all’esterno; Il direttore è una persona molto professionale: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e lui è stato tempestivo nel risolverlo e metterci a nostro agio.

È tutto perfetto aggiungerei qualche posto auto in più!

Świetny obiekt, polecam z czystym sumieniem, nie zawiedziesz się.

Sam obiekt bardzo czysty, apartamenty bardzo komfortowe, nowe meble, dwie łazienki wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona ze zmywarką ( trzeba mieć swoje kapsułki). na tarasie stolik z krzesłami i dwa leżaki - w koło piękna zieleń, cudowne widoki na odległe morze. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, ręczniki i pościel zapakowane próżniowo w worki prosto z pralni. Dokonując rezerwację nie spodziewałam , że obiekt jest tak rewelacyjny. Mega klimatyczne miejsce. Basen z leżakami - polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi i spokojny wypoczynek. Pracownik z obsługi bardzo komunikatywny , sympatyczny. Zakwaterowałam się tutaj ze względu na wykupiony rejs na archipelag La Maddalena, super lokalizacja do zwiedzania wybrzeża Costa Smeralda. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Pleasant stay.

Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms and showers. Well-equipped kitchen.

Check-in time should be earlier than 5:00PM. Wi-fi should be available in the rooms. Interior lighting could be more powerful. Narrow road leading to the hotel.

Very clean and spacious appartment!

Very friendly personel! Very clean and comfortable appartments. We had a studio which was upgraded to a 4p appartment to be close to our 6p appartment without extra costs! Quit surroundings to fully relaxing!

Location with beautiful view, but you need a car to get to shops/town (as was stated on the website).

Beautiful view to the sea and to the mountains. Nice pool area with sea view. Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful garden.

Tiny shower, no shielding on the bathroom window. Many stairs - difficult to move with a strolley. You can hear everything from the neighbour apartment.

big rooms, pool and the terrace of the apt

check in and check out timing, they are really organised and very picky for the garbage which is very rare to see how they care about the environment. it will be great to have more garbage basket to make sure rules are followed.

Helpful staff!

The receptionist Bela is very knowledgable of the area and gave us good tips on tours and dining, he gave us a bigger room which was nice and spacious, there was also a washing machine. There is a swimming pool area but we didn’t use it. it’s close to Baja Sardinia.

The room had a strong smell of old furniture and the wi-fi doesn’t work inside the apartments, only on the balcony.

Good stay

The pool had a really amazing view, the location was ok , 10 minutes away from the center of Porto cervo by car

Poor decoration, no windows so not too much natural light. We had to pay for towels which I think every establishment should have. No toaster

Apartment with super terrace with beautiful views

The apartment had 2 terraces, the upper one with amazing 360 view! Good size, nice shared pool area. Close distance to the beaches, but car is a must. Very kind and helpful manager during check in/out process!

Relatively noisy from cars due to close proximity to the busy road - this is valid not for all apartments in the residence, majority is in more remote distance. Not so comfortable beds in the smallest room.

Superb

Good location halfway between Connigione and Porto Cervo. 15 min drive to the best beaches in the emerald coast. Nice pool to chill and refresh after the beach. Good facilities and nice staff. The apartment was comfortable.

Wifi is sketchy and (barely) works near the reception and pool area. We had to pay for towels (a lot). No soap . You basically have to pay for everything, even toilet paper.

Pretty View/watch out for sprinklers!

The view was really pretty. We could eat dinner while watching the sun set in the ocean. The host was friendly and had great suggestions for pretty & rather private beaches.

We discovered that the sprinklers went off during the night & when we wanted to get back to our Apartment all of our clothes were soaking wet. It dried till the next morning but maybe just leave your clothes on the areas the sprinklers won't reach.

Lovely complex

Quiet, peaceful with great pool area and short driving distance to everything. The staff were really helpful and hard working and the grounds are beautiful

Lacking some basic kitchen stuff and air con was not sufficient for the whole apartment
