place to recharge

Structure and rooms are nice, typical for the zone. Also appreciated the possibility of self check in.

We did not like the communication with the host at all, pretends to be nice until you have something to complain of. First, the way of writing before check in, and then the handling of the incident we had during our stay. After the self check in (because there is no reception at all) we noticed that one of the towels which was packed up on the bed had some red lipstick on it but did not want to make a scene for it, so just left it on the bathroom floor next morning (as stated on a note left by the host in the bathroom), so that the cleaning lady would know that we ask for it to be replaced. The problem is that when we came back from breakfast, the same towel instead of being replaced, it was just put on the rack. Asked the cleaning lady about it but I think she is not speaking English, so had to explain the situation to Chiara and instead of apologizing about it, she just told that this is not a five star hotel and they just replace the towels after 3-4 days. I am giving this rating because I find it unacceptable for any accommodation (does not matter the type or number of stars) to just take the towels from the floor and put them back on the rack (am I supposed to use it on my face afterwards, or what??? I was lucky that the towel had lipstick on it and immediately identified that the towel was not actually replaced, as I expected when putting it on the floor, otherwise maybe I would not have noticed that it was not replaced), and even more in this case when they have a note in the bathroom that asks you to put them on the floor if you want them changed, not mentioning about the 3-4 days changing rule. Other than that, the room and the bathroom were clean. Also, breakfast is ok for 2-3 days stays but if you stay one week (as we did) you will easily get bored of it: only boiled eggs everyday, only one kind of bread (toast), the only vegetables were tomatoes and avocado, one kind of cheese. The road is pretty bad as well and you need a car to get there.

Perfect location near Olbia. If I am ever in Sardinia, I will definitely come back there.

Very clean. The pool looked like new. Very good contact with the manager. Chiara was very polite and helpful. Easy way to check in. Good breakfasts. I recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff accommodating . The location is very good, in a very quiet place and near many beaches.

The bathroom was supplied with shampoo, shower gel and soap only for one person but we asked for some more and problem was solved.

When we arrived we totally forgot that it was a bed and breakfast. The service was absolutely gorgeous, leaving no wishes open. The apartment, the whole location was so clean and nicely stuffed that we felt like on vacation from day 1. rooms were cleaned ever day including new towels etc. The pool was absolutely beautiful. Most of the time we had the Pool area for ourselves cause all the other guests were away. Counting that it were 6-7 apartments, it is the most calm you can find close to Costa smeralda. It’s an absolutely lovely place right in the heart of Costa smeralda. From the apartment you can reach incredible beaches in max. 20 minutes. Around the location there are a few good restaurants, but I recommend viewing via Tripadvisor- it will find you the best spots straight! To sum it up: 5 days so many lovely imaginations, all coming down to a bed and breakfast apartment that is far beyond any Standards that I have experienced yet. Would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants to experience the Costa smeralda but also have a chill and relaxed housing. 100% we would be guests again. Absolutely loved the place

A lovely experience in a cute, homely boutique hotel with very warm staff :)

Such a lovely little quiet spot. The staff (the owner I think in particular) was absolutely lovely. Very kind and very welcoming.

I wouldn't go as far to say as "not liking", but you definitely need a car if you want to stay here - it isn't close to much at all.

Peacefulness, comfortable, nice pool, good breakfast, nice peoples, not too far from anywhere by car.
