Cómodo y agradable.

Me gustó la ubicación, el entorno, el personal amable y la piscina que era pequeñita pero resultona y muy agradable. Todo estuvo bien y había parking. La plaza central de la ciudad no está demasiado lejos ni demasiado cerca. Vamos, que me gustó el hotel.

Ok hotel, good location

Good location Good value for money Quiet rooms

Only hotel in the country where I didn't feel welcome by the staff, with some of them not very friendly. Several stains on the bed sheets. Room and bathroom are a bit small, but this is aligned with a reasonable price Breakfast ok, not very generous.

Nice quiet location, within close walking distance to the main tourist areas

The breakfast was good, coffee was really weak though, so we ended up going to the Garden Cafe for breakfast most days

The AC units in the rooms are a bit unreliable. One room the AC was not that cold and the other room the AC was super cold and could not be controlled. It would stay on all the time regardless of the temp setting, and sometimes it would shut itself off for up to an hour before it turned back on. I told the front desk, but I am not sure if they understood what I was trying to tell them

Good but expected a bit more for the price.

The room was a good size, hot water and WiFi. Location near to main area. Nice late check out time. Quiet and good air con.

Breakfast we were given a choice of typical or eggs. No fruit. Small glass of juice. No cereals etc. Some dirt under bed. Charge to pay by credit card. No information/support to book trips.

great value for money - well located close to Central Park - but without the noise.

great location with friendly and helpful staff and offsite parking available. very quiet from street noise - a huge plus compared to some locations.

Our rooms were a bit tired and could use a bit of work. Breakfast was fine but a bit limited compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Granada.

weird staff good hotel

The hotel is really comfy. And it was very quiet and it was very close to everywhere. our room was ok. They had everything they said in the list. they helped us reaching laundry and shuttle service.

Just one problem we asked for something to eat. we were ready to pay. they said that they don’t have anything to eat but 10 minutes later some people came and the hotel served them a dinner in front of us and it smelled we felt more hungry. they didn’t even come and explain anything. it was strange and some of the staff says directly no when you ask about anything but if you ask another personnel he says yes. I think they have to prepare a policy about everything.

Great breakfast 😋

Amazing location, the staff were so kind. Once we arrive and did check in 11am they gave each of us fast check in, which we were very happy after our long travel. Beautiful, calm place, good vibe, good people, the staff speak English. They have a pool, breakfast included with three different options! Yummy pancakes. The rooms are amazing, big, air-conditioning you feel like they really think of you, comfy beds as well! I slept so good! What else can I say?! Wonderful place!

the staff was excellent. Rooteeeeee the manager did a excellent job with helping me fulfill my needs. Breakfast which was included was excellent. the location was close to the main square which was nice to go down and watch the people entertain. Close walking distance to all things Granada. Truly a gem. would stay here again.
