Ar condicionado são mto antigos e barulhentos, entao não espere conseguir dormir bem. As piscinas funcionam 24h porém o revezamento pra limpeza faz com que apenas uma fique disponível para banho após as 22h e no entanto, nen sempre é possível utilizá-la devido a alta temperatura da água. A falta critério do hotel com os trajes de banho do hóspedes faz com que as piscinas se tornem verdadeiros piscinoes de ramos, as pessoas entram com roupa normal, bermuda de algodão, jeans e simplesmente nenhum funcionário adverte. As baratas passeam com tranquilidade pela aérea das piscinas, nen imagino como deve ser dentro do restaurante.

Não ter um bebedor disponível, fui encher uma garrafinha para meu filho autista e um funcionário disse que o gerente não poderia ver pois gera punição, Elevadores super lotados e pequenos agora o restante da viagem tudo ótima localização comida muito gostosa funcionários do bar muito acolhedores.

Espaço do apartamento: sala e quarto Funcionários atenciosos

- Banheiro: chuveiro fraco e banheiro não estava devidamente limpo; O dia que pedimos para limpar mal foi passado uma vassoura e nem foram trocadas as toalhas, por isso nem pedi para limpar nos demais dias; - Wi-fi: não funcionou nenhum dos dias; - Falta de organização para café da manhã e jantar, poderiam separar por horários, conforme outros hotéis que fiquei, estrutura pequena para o tamanho do hotel, inclusive nos elevadores

Feriado da semana santa.

Localização excelente. Buffet farto durante todo tempo e bem variado. Próximo aos parques da pra ir andando.

A única coisa que não gostei foi do barulho do meu quarto que ficou encima do bar mais na próxima viagem vou escolher do outro lado.

Amei a limpeza das piscinas e dos quartos hotel muito limpinho pessoal muito gentil e educados restaurante com refeições excepcional desde o café da manhã ao jantar tudo muito perfeito .ótimo atendimento hotel confortável excelente para a famílias e os parques aquáticos da rede prive tudo perfeito .

Não gostei só que o hotel quando está lotado a Wi-Fi não funciona bem caí toda hrs .e os elevadores não da conta de tanto hóspedes mais isso não é defeito não o hotel é muito grande . é pq o hotel é muito grande e tem muita gente que se hospeda lá

localização e acesso aos parques. A infraestrutura do hotel é muito boa. Fica próximo ao centro.

Ar condicionado faz muito barulho e incomada demais. Sala não possui ventiladores. A internet da região e fraca e o wifi do hotel não atende a demanda.

avoid if you can, not really a good option

location was ok, water park outside the hotel is nice but you could go there paying a few quid anyway

poor maintained place, pools too hot to be used during the morning, room dirty and too hot to sleep into, very few elevators for the huge number of apartments they have, not friendly staff and the list keep going. Much more expensive than better options around, I wouldn't recommend.

Time Share, not a 3 or 4 star hotel

Great breakfast, but go early (7am) to get out before the crowds.

This is a time share property, not really a hotel. We were asked to invest several times during our three days stay. They did not clean the room, no blanket for the bed. It's a simple flat with an empty refrigerator. No peep holes in the door. Restaurant only served breakfast, you have to walk across the street for lunch or dinner. Crowds at the swimming pools, social distancing is NOT observed, no temperature checks. Front desk does NOT speak English. Towels for the pool cost R$3. On arrival, we felt like cattle. This is not a luxury hotel by any stretch of your imagination. Wifi is provided by a third party. Very poor coverage and always asking personal information to access. Recommend setting up with fake credentials. Beds need replacing. Hot shower is electric.
