Buono, ma non lo prendete per la Spa

L'hotel è datato ma tenuto bene, non è di certo moderno. In pieno centro, personale molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie per poi riprenderle al pomeriggio, e ci hanno prenotato anche un taxi come da noi richiesto. Nonostante sia in pieno centro, le stanze sono molto ben insonorizzate.

La Spa non è una Spa... ma una piscina con acqua fredda e due saune spente. Non vale il costo che abbiamo pagato. Colazione abbondante, pochi dolci, e solo caffè americano. Bisogna pagare a parte un caffè o un cappuccino (e per quanto pagato a notte, potevano risparmiarselo). Anche le brioche deludenti.

Les prestations spa et piscine ne fonctionnent pas Nous l'avons appris en arrivant et cela a été une déception car nous avions choisi cet établissement pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine et du spa.

Fiyatını hak etmiyor.

Yastık ve yorganı çok rahat ve konforluydu

Odada bir su bile yoktu. Bize su için ekstra yazdılar. Banyoda duşakabin içinde kocaman bir bez bırakmışlar temizlik sonrası. Eşyalar vs her şey eskiydi. Asla fiyatını hak etmeyen bir otel.

Super nice hotel with perfect location

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to attractions and restaurants. It offered good value for the price, including one of the best breakfast I’ve had in the Balkans. The room was nice with a balcony overlooking the street.

Very good

Excellent location in the centre of Blloku, restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed and good sized double bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. Wide range of cereals, fruit, cheeses, cooked eggs, cakes, croissant etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The spa was not working and this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. The hotel should make it 100% clear that the Spa (which after all is in the name of the hotel), is not actually functioning

Can't wait to be back.

Everything about this hotel was perfect and it really felt like home. As a solo traveller, I highly recommend this place. The staff quickly felt like friends, even the cleaning staff who I could barely communicate with were so kind, fun, and nice to be around. I even had to go to the hospital at one point and the very wonderful lady at the reception helped me in every way she could, even giving me her personal number. The room was large, comfortable, with a great big desk. It's a busy area of town but still not too loud. The room had good sound insulation. From the breakfast to the gym, to the cafe on the main floor, this hotel just rocked. Thanks to everyone there. I'll miss you.

Thanks for the wonderful month.

I extended my stay two times in a row because it was so nice to be here. I sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and warmth. I am travelling alone so it was very nice to feel welcome and safe. Everything at this hotel is done with care and attention to detail. I enjoyed my stay in every way. Thank you :)

I would live here.

This hotel tops the charts in every way. Their reception area is lovely, with a cafe in it. The receptionists I met were so nice, helpful and warm. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and the staff working the breakfast became like friends to me. I stayed for quite a long time; extending my stay twice. The room was totally perfect. Little things that you don't notice because they're so good like: the mini fridge made no noise, the climate control in the room was excellent and also silent, the amount of storage space is just right, the HUGE desk is so wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. And if you're looking for a long-stay, this is it. It will feel like home. Oh and you can walk almost anywhere in the city. It's just perfect.

First, the location of the hotel is exactly in the city center and nearby everything. restaurants, bars and cafes, clubs, and supermarkets. I’d even say it’s the best area in Tirana if you’re looking for fun vacation. Second, the hotel cozy, we felt like we’re home, the room is well furnished and designed and super clean with a good street view. Third, the staff of the hotel is well picked, we planned to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying for 4 more nights, the receptionist Stiljana is super friendly, helpful, professional and has an answer to every inquiry, she even gave us the location to the best attractions in Albania. also Alket in the reception is a very helpful and professional young man. add to that, one of the room service ladies (Liljana) went the extra mile when my wife asked her to clean the room as we were heading out (she doesn’t speak English and we don’t speak Albanian) we were amazed when we came back. the room was super clean, our belongings were organized even better that we usually do. seriously great value for money and definitely going back there whenever we get to Tirana.

They don’t serve cappuccino in the breakfast (which is super important for us in the morning) and that the pool was out of service. otherwise the place is really good.

I wouldn’t mind staying there again

Perfect location. Laundry place right next door. KFC and other restaurants around the corner. Fairly comfortable. I liked how the girl at reception asked for criticism to help them improve. Good value for the price I’d say. Don’t expect anything fancy. The name is deceiving.

The hotel is anything but “Grand”. Pictures coupled with the name can be deceiving. It’s a small hotel, fairly old, with basics covered, in a good location. Spa is closed.

I always have late breakfast, which in this case was always stale, like it's been sitting there for 3-4h.

A PERFECT STAY - ANOTHER 10 !!!!

Grand hotel was a fantastic hotel near the center of the city in a very beautiful and famous street. The breakfast was very delicious... The coffee on the lobby bar was perfect. Housekeeping was wonderful and the room was quickly and thoroughly cleaned each day and I noticed the care and attention to detail that they made. I made a mistake and forget to leave a tip for the them in the room. I will make up for it next time. The staff were the real highlight of this property, from the Wonderful beautiful ladies at reception who were so helpful... The waiting staff who were attentive cheerful and efficient. To sum up Grand hotel is the best hotel in Tirana. Will definitely go back again!!!

Prime location in Tirana. The receptionist upgraded my single room to double, which was great news after a long flight. Very comfortable bed , room was perfectly arranged and cleaned. Amazing breakfast. Staff is always helpful when asking for sightseeing and directions. I would definitely be back again and i would highly recommend Grand Hotel Tirana

Everything was fine and the vacation left good memories

As we stayed in Tirana for a short vacation, the hotel was in a very good location. Prices are very reasonable, lobby, taxi, etc. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean, we chose slightly larger rooms, so there was enough space. The bed was super comfortable. It was a nice vacation.

The staff is very kind and helpful, but sometimes some services take more time than expected, the water pressure and temperature of the shower was a bit variable

Very good hotel and staff

Been there 6 days during the eufa conference final. And many fellow supporters hired other hotels or appartments. A week before the final many hotels canceled the reservations. NOT this hotel, they kept there promiss and even picked us up at the airport for free. For trips in and around Tirana personal of the hotel gave us excellent advis and directions.

The facilities where closed due to covid messures so not to blame the hotel. But they could us inform soner.

Very nice rooms and great breakfast. Upon arriving I noticed that the bar across the road was playing loud music and the hotel immediately let me change rooms, it was much appreciated. The location is super central and practical

excellent hotel in the heart of blokku area

The beds are high off the ground and very comfortable. The hotel offers a laundry service (right next door) which is very convenient Very friendly staff. Very convenient location in the heart of Blokku and many shops and restaurants nearby. The mini bar is well stocked It would be good to have a kettle for tea/coffee making, but there is a cafe on the ground floor.

all my concerns from last time have been solved. Everything was now ok. The smell of cigarette smoke has been addressed. The breakfast has also increased with more hot items look forward to spa opening later in the year

well located and comfortable hotel in central Tirana

The bed was very comfortable and the room had many sockets for charging phones and PC etc

The choice of breakfast was ok, but it would be good to see a few more hot items. I asked for an omelette on my last day which was excellent.

The hotel has private parking.The bed was big and comfortable.

The bathroom wasn't the same like in pictures that I booked. We had some small problems, but the personal solved that very quickly.
