A beautiful house in a perfect location.

The whole house was a little bit different and quirky. I loved the style and the space, good value for money and perfect location for everything. I was made to feel very welcome and the room was beautiful.

Exceptional property in central location

Beautiful property in great location within walking distance of the city centre. Rooms are very clean and there is plenty of communal space and appliances for use in the kitchen.

A very comfy winter stay in Derry

It’s cosy and quaint. Patricia, Colin, and Caroline (at The Lawrence) are so friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Such friendly staff. And the location is nice.

Had I known in advance that Room 4 has a separate private bathroom down the hall, I would’ve requested for a room with attached bathroom. It’s a bit uncomfortable going out of your room in a dressing gown. Hehe.

Cosy and central Derry B&B

Colin (host) was so welcoming, friendly and made me feel at home. He changed my room for a warmer one upstairs for no extra charge. The room (and the house) was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. The location is perfect for accessing town and has free on street parking if needed. Unfortunately it was just a short trip to Derry this time but we'll definitely be back here to stay in future.

Amazing

Interior was amazing. Room was warm and clean. Tv was great with Netflix. Host was extremely helpful with house tour to accommodate working arrangements. Great WiFi.

Exact Art House. The real meaning of art i could find there.

Excellent decorations.Convenient & comfortable. Will come again with family. This time was with friends for exam purposes.

Best Place in Derry

Everything was perfect! They welcomed us and explained everything as if it was a luxury 5 star hotel. The room was amazing, very spacious and very clean and we'll decorated. There is a kitchen where we made a tea and coffee in the morning before going next door to a magnificent breakfast. It was all well worth it.

Stylish, well-located b&b in Derry, would stay again.

Location great, rooms were clean and stylish, helpful staff, we had everything we needed.

Breakfast was a bit confusing as we had to get a form from the staff, fill it out and then pass it back (there wasn't always staff present).

Great experience

Great place to stay in a very well located area. The whole building is beautifully decorated and the room was confortable and had everything we needed. The warm breakfast option in The Lawrence was a great choice, it was very tasty.

Would definitely stay again if visiting Derry.

Personal welcome, even though we were late with a brief explanation of facilities. Beautifully decorated. Nespresso machine in the kitchen!

As we were staying to get ready for a wedding, Room 8 was not big enough for us and it didn't have an en-suite. Had we been staying for any other reason it would have been perfectly suitable.

Recomended location in western North Ireland.

Colin is a great host. Took care of us in every aspect. Walking distance to the city center and free parking on the street. House is renewed and arty. Very comfortable living room, kitchen and dining rooms. There was no breakfast but complimentary cornflakes and serial with milk and caffee made very good start for the day. Very recomended location. Thank you Colin.

Continental comfy beds are shorter than usual.

Structure is awesome and fully renovated; real Irish style. Wonderful continental breakfast (no eggs, but lots of sandwiches and patisseries).

Superb

Very special room equipment, loved it! Breakfast done by yourself. Coffee, Milka, sereals and fruits are available. Very nice location and nice host.

Good for the price. Very well decorated inside. Close enough to central Derry to get to easily.

Nice decor. Easy to find an parking right outside. Short enough walk into central Derry. Quality of design, furnishings, kitchen and break fast where all very high.

Room a little small with private bathroom but that was separate from room on a different level. However, at this price I think it was a very good hotel to stay at. Quality of design, furnishings, kitchen and break fast where all very high.

Lovely place and staff. Definitely recommend.

Loved everything. Colin was super friendly and attentive, the cleaning staff were also super nice. Had breakfast and tea/coffee at disposal. Room was easy to access, clean and comfortable. Great location
