nada me gusto, todo fue pésimo. las habitaciones parecen para transportadores, la primera que me asignaron olia bastante a orines, no tenia jabon en lavamanos, se notaba el mal aseo, informe a recepcion, que por cierto queda distante, y me asigandor otra igual que ya no olia a orines pero igual de maluca... yo pedi una habitacion con dos camas sencillas, me dieron una con litera, donde la de arriba es super incomoda por lo que no la pudimos usar, menosmal fue una sola noche y nos toco en una cama. la cortina no es de tela, es de un caucho, que hasta se desprendio. el baño demasiaodo incomodo, parece entrando a baño de un bus. se nota que son habitaciones hechas como en driwall donde se filtran todos los ruidos, cuando se bañan, cuando cierran las puertas que ademas hay que cerrarlas duro, en fin todo muy pesimo, para el precio que se pago demasiaodo malo...

L’hotel est correct, mais la restauration laisse à désirer

worth the money for a one night stay

room was clean but very basic. No soap, no cup for water. breakfast was good, coffee was good. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. We had a plane cancellation and needed to figure out whether we had to check out or stay another day. Staff worked with us to figure it all out.

really would have liked to have a water cup and a small bar of soap.....

Good location for aeroport

It is basic hotel and great for overnight if travelling from CDG next morning. Quiet and great for sleeping.

Breakfast was overpriced for such a small selection. Just bread, croissant, jam, yogurt, one type of cereal, juice and coffee. Even no boiled egg or cheese. The hotel also charged for child’s breakfast full price as an adult’s. Only one towel for two persons.

Le prix Hotel correct pour une escale avant ou après un vol

Il n'y a pas de personnel à la réception de l'hôtel. Il est nécessaire de se rendre à l'accueil de l'hôtel voisin. L'équipement merite d'être entretenu : la chasse d'eau diffonctionne, la télécommande est inutilisable, il n'y avait plus de gel douche.

Un réel problème d'odeurs

Le personnel était compréhensif et aidant pour la navette. Hôtel milieu de gamme, assez bien placé.

Une forte odeur de tabac froid dans la chambre. Le personnel n'a pas pu me changer de chambre car il n'y avait plus de disponibilité. J'ai mis une serviette sur le lit pour m'endormir tellement l'odeur me dérangeait. Il y en avait dans les draps, le matelas... Même mon pyjama sentait le tabac après avoir dormi dans le lit! De plus, une forte odeur d'urine est apparue dans la salle d'eau après avoir utilisé la douche! Peut-être un problème d'évacuation d'eau usée ou le tapis de bain mal lavé où quelqu'un se serait soulagé ? Je n'ai pas cherché l'origine... Bref, un vrai problème d'odeurs nauséabondes dans la chambre que j'avais. C'était peut être un cas isolé mais je n'y retournerai pas.

Fait le job sans plus mais pratique localisation parfaite pour le parking longue durée je conseille cet établissement

Le prix de 30€ trop élevé de mon point de vue il ne devrait pas varier durant la réservation en ligne,,

Les équipements sont vétustes et il n’y avait pas de serviette dans les chambres et personne a l’accueil quand on s’en est rendu compte !

Shuttle service to airport was great, the location to airport is nice, and my room was a large size…

Nobody in the front reception most of the time, no furniture in my room, elevators unresponsive, breakfast was laughably small, this hotel could use a performance improvement for sure…

Exceptional

I had an amazing experience at the hotel,not because the hotel was five star but staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had lost my travel document and had to wait in France. Special mention goes to Katarina for amazing service. This Lady is an angel and is an asset to your hotel. I can never thank everyone one at this hotel enough. Gloria was grateful 🙏

Good Enough for One Night

Impossible to get a taxi and the shuttle stops too early in the morning If they call a taxi for you it’s double the bolt/Uber price The restaurant buffet looked like the food had been mauled. I couldn’t touch it

Smallest bedroom and bathroom we ever stayed in. No single meal option next door. Had to select 2 or 3 menue item formula.

It was ok as I had a one night stay but it could be better as Louvre Hotel is on different level

No phone in room and no adapter to charger the phone (Indian pin) moreover priority was given to French guest for checkin
