Would not stay here again.

What can I say, you pay for what you get. Room was overall fine, beds good. Shower was crappy. Wifi very slow, location far away from night market and other high lights, but the area is quiet which is nice.

Swimming pool, very cold, not in the sun. Not a nice area to sit or relax. Atmosphere in hotel not that nice. It is a functional cheap hotel.

Clean and quiet with great staff

Very clean, and quiet. Great staff. All in all excellent value.

Stayed on the top floor and the water pressure is a bit weak. No biggie though. The pool is not built very well for swimming, with annoying stairs on opposite corners so you have to swim diagonally.

Feels like home away from home

A little gem in the center of the old city. Clean and beautiful room with good size of space. Incredibly attentive and helpful staff. You can also rent bicycles for free and book any excursions and taxi with the staff. Nice swimming pool.

Enjoyable, comfortable, convenient location, free use of bicycle, helpful staff. I recommend.

Location was excellent for the major temples, restaurants and Sunday market. Saturday market was quite a walk but returned by tuk tuk. Free use of bicycle was a big plus, I rode around for four days, the best way to explore. Tours and airport taxi were right on time.

Excellent place to return back to

Our room was in the same block as reception and was at the very end so we were also overlooking the greenery at the back as well as the swimming pool. The room was clean, contemporary,comfortable and spacious. No bugs! Good air con 🙏 The pool was amazing and it was so central to everything we really couldn’t believe our luck.

Cutest hotel ever

Staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They bend over backward to help you with everything. Huge room with very comfortable bed that I had great night sleep during my stay. The pool was very good, nice and cool. The location was excellent at the center of the old city. Grab and red trucks are everywhere. Will definitely come back.

Warm greeting. Comfortable sleep

Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff we had in our trip to Thailand. A very convenient location close to everything. Obviously, the environment is quiet and the facilities are good. They have free bicycles to explore the city. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Value for money.

Ideal stay, good service and location

The room was very pretty, clean and comfortable. There was a swimming pool that you can relax after a day of sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff who have no hesitation in helping us in every way. Excellent location in the old city - easy to walk to temples, cafes, many bars and restaurants. The sunday market was very close. Would recommend and stay here again if we have a chance.

Heartfully wonderful, will be back

Very modern boutique hotel with nice decoration, excellent and attentive staff. Room was very clean and provided wide range of amenities. Bed was super comfortable with good quaility pillows. Swimming pool was large and relaxing. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the restaurants, massage shops, bars, markets and etc. All in all, I was able to have a perfect restful vacation and would definitely return.

Wonderful staff, service and location

Very comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The AC works really well in hot weather and hot water was consistent. Nice lobby with large sitting area downstairs. The hotel is well located and reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful in accommodating our needs. One of the highlights was the complimentary bikes and water guns that hotel provides to guests. Highly recommended

Recommendable, love everything

The room was large, clean and had everything you could want, including comfy bed and all basic amenities. The swimming pool was fantastic. The pool view from the balcony was really nice. All the staff both receptionists and housekeeping did great job, they worked really hard at being helpful and efficient. The location can't be beat, close to everything, right in the middle and yet very quiet. The total experience was totally a 10/10. Would be more than happy to come back.

Best hotel

Beautiful and spacious room which provided all essential amenities. There was a cute refreshing pool at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and approachable, did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was excellent, close to all main attractions in town. We enjoy walking from the hotel to those places. Couldn't recommend enough.

Super friendly staff, very nice rooms, great location to the weekend markets

The staff were very friendly, room was perfect, if you needed to request something such as pool towels, they brought it to you straight away, such a spacious nice room, all the amenities you could ask for, complimentsd minibar and snacks was a really nice touch, great location to all of the popular food spots. When you check out theu gift you a lil souvenir that says have a good day which was very kind of them

The pool was freezing and felt unsanitary, no other facilities to speak of and the shower head holder was broken so had to use it manually

Beautiful place with friendly staff

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Chiang Mai’s old town. The special thing about this hotel is the exceptional friendly staff. They offer free bikes and you can use them for free. Wifi works really great. Swimming pool available. Room was quiet, good and spacious.

Highly recommended

The hotel was in a perfect location of the old city, lots of restaurants and shops around. We love the size and style of the room. The swimming pool is clean and large. Amazing staff who went out of their way to take care of us during our stay. We had a lovely stay here.

Excellent place to stay

The entire room is so spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is clean with a rain shower. The landscape of the building is beautiful and quiet. The location is excellent, located just next to the historical center. All staff were kind and helpful to provide any sort of information. Swimming pool is great as well.
